This remote is easy to use and easy to set up, thanks to the online setup tool. I highly recommend it. Keep in mind they do wear out though. I usually get about 2 years of service before the buttons wear down and the remote stops working as it should. That lifespan is with heavy usage by four people.

I changed my DVR to a different service and the software wouldn't install right on my computer. Took me several tries before I gave up and tried on my laptop. Finally was able to fix it. Programming can be a bit tricky. All in all I love it!

This was second remote(Harmony 650) only because we thought the fault was with the remote as we found later was not accurate. Both are working now However are not completely compatible with my new sound system Sony BDV-5200w. It turns the system on but not correct volume control.

This is a very nice remote that interface with quite a few electronics. The issue however is that it broke after a year. Best buy however replaced it since I had purchased a replacement warranty.

This remote replaced the last harmony remote we used for 10 years. The plastic is less quality than the previous remote but it works just as good. It connects well with the TV, surround sound, and video game consoles.

I purchased this to condense to one remote from three. That part does work. Here is the problem. It is way too sensitive, and if you set it down too hard or drop it, you have to go through all the instructions just to get it back to working, including shutting off all the things you have it hooked up to. As of a week ago, it was just too difficult for an 82 year old to have to deal with, (I am a homecare giver), and I went back to using three remotes, as they are not as sensitive, and do not blank out if dropped or slipped off onto the floor. The small screen is also too small for older eyes, including mine without glasses, and not something I would recommend for anyone over 40.

I was a first time buyer for a universal remote (welcome to the 2000s, I know). This works great with my Sony television, Samsung Blue Ray, Bose Solo Sound bar, and even my gaming system. The Help button when a kid has hit the buttons on the actual piece of equipment helps solve everything easily.

I got this for my wife who was tired of having to use three seperate remotes to turn the TV on and off. This has made her life and mind simpler. Happy wife, happy life!

I can use a single remote to operate the 9 components of my TV-Den home theatre. It directly operates all 6 components that generate the 4K UHD audio and video signals. The simplification leaves only two additional buttons to control the 3 remaining amplifier components.

Bought this on sale for $40 and been great. i couldnt afford those that are $100 or more. 1 touch all on and 1 touch all off. Don't have to use another remote to control volume or change channels. very easy to use and navigate. Didnt know how got along without it. Setup was ok. definitely recommend it.

This remote control is very confusing to use if you switch to one channel on the T.V it's takes a near 30 minuets to try to change it back, also its has to many buttons it should have Chanels, inuput then change

All in all a good remote , decent price. Having to go on the web to add devices or change settings is a little annoying, as opposed to just punching in a key code on the remote. Although the web interface is easy to understand and navigate.

Works good with my AT&T TV box but does not work on my TV - reason they have support for V2 of my Silo tv but not for mine which is V3. So, for now I have to wait for a future update to add V3 support.

Great remote, my favorite feature is that at the push of one button it will change devices and TV input modes that match. I also really like how I can customize buttons and "teach" functions from other remotes that it does not already have.

So i used to have logitech remotes in the past. This is decent but the one issue is that the action buttons dont light up like the other buttons do, for some unknown reason. Annoying.

I basical got this remote so my girlfriend could turn on the tv w/out using three remotes. I have it programmed to a Sharp 60' tv, cable/dvr box and a Panasonic surround sound system and it works flawlessly for me. I am going to purchase another one for the bedroom with a tv, soundbar and blu ray player.

I bought this removed from Best Buy and I like it because it lights up and very easy to program love all the functions I wish I had an RF then it would be the perfect remote works with my Sony TV beautifully

I found the set up a little difficult due to lack of experience. After going through the menus once I think it would be easier. Make sure you have your other remotes or make and model numbers before signing in to the Harmony web site.

This could work a little better. It does not always work the way it says when you are programming it. Sometimes you have to unplug it from your computer and start over trying to set it up. It should work better for the price.

Bought this because the remotes for two obscure pieces of stereo equipment both died and Logitech supported both items! Setting this thing up was a cinch and using it is even easier since it wakes up when you pick it up! Excellent!
