A lot of people complained about the Sync process. It is a bit awkward. Overall the remote is good. However, it is not very intuitive. They should have spent a little more time working on the user interface

This thing is great. No more fumbling around with 3 remotes. I tell it to play a movie and it turns on the TV, turns on the tuner/amp and switches it to the optical input, and turns on the DVD player and starts playing. How did I manage without this remote?

It works with many electronics brand. it works with TVPAD also. it can programmed to turn on more than 1 item at once. Like it can turn on TV, Soundbar, and DVD all at once with 1 button. You program it the way you want it.

Great overall product. One of my kids dropped it by accident from the second floor and it did not break. When back and purchased a second one for the other room, will highly recommend and range is way better than original remote(s). This is my 3rd purchase!!

This was a replacement of an older Logitech universal remote that had ceased to function reliably (after a number of years). Have been pleased with Logitech products, including this Harmony remote.

BEST. INVESTMENT. EVER. A definite must buy. This remote made my life infinitely better once I bought it. Syncs easy, and paired with all of my devices seamlessly. My only druthers is I've yet to find a way (if there is one) to pair it with my iPad and Mac. That would be neat!

This is a great alternative for someone who is looking to get into home automation. Great first step. However I would recommend the Wifi version if you are looking for more integrations.

The control is light weight,fits in my hand good. The buttons are easy to locate. The light on the screen is bright and easy to see. Have only had it for a month. So far it has worked on all the items I have sycned with it.

Love it a single remote to control display, DVD, sound bar, cable box and apple-tv. May not be easy to learn devices for none tech minded. I'm happy to have one remote on the table as opposed to 5. I can't comment on durability as I have had it less than a month but so far so good.

Having one remote for all devices simplifies life. It works well. Battery life is good. We finally wore one out after several years, and bought another. We have one for each room in which there is a TV. Highly recommend it.

Really like the remote. Has a "help" guide to assist in any problems. Unfortunately, one of the buttons set up for the DVR doesn't work anymore, so I have to use the original remote, which this one was supposed to eliminate.

This is my second Harmony 650 and both work great! Use them to operate a smart tv, bluray player, surround sound system, and an ATT tv box. One of the best features is the programmable activity buttons that allow for quick startup of all devices simultaneously.

Easy to program but not always easy to use. Sometimes a problem navigating the audio visual equipment. The cable company remote is almost as effective.

I really like this remote. Only problem I have it lasted for about 8 months. I had to get a replacement from the manufacture and that was difficult.

It may control eight units but it does not control all functions on all units. For that reason alone, it does not meet expectations. It would have been nice if there was a voice command as well.

This makes my third purchase of the Logitech - Harmony 650 8-Device Universal Remote. This purchase is not a replacement., but an addition. All three (3) remotes are all in fine working order and never fail. Need I say more. This is a great universal remote.

The buttons are very small and not responsive to pressing. I have had problems since the original purchase date. The buttons are really too small and sensitive that they do not always respond on the first press.

Remote is very user friendly with a great help feature that guides you through steps to accomplish what you want to do. Would be helpful to have "backlit" keys. Buttons are small and you can't see them in evening light.

For the price I was not expecting much. I was sadly mistaken. I am able to control ALL of my devices and I have some really old items. Setup was a snap and getting everyone in my house able to use the remote was simple. Glad I purchased this one.

It's a good remote-control little expensive and you need a computer program it. Seems to work with all of my devices except my HDMI switcher box. Would like to be able to learn another remote control for my lighting.
