One of my best purchases ever! It was easy to program using a computer. Just followed the simple instructions to enter the make and model numbers of my TV, Blue Ray, Cable Box, and Sound Bar and Voila--it all worked seamlessly. I haven't once had to touch those other remotes.

This controller does a very good job of letting me use 1 controller for a TV, a Receiver , a Record player, a Cable Box, a combo VCR , DVD player and a Roku player. Occasionally I have to use one of the other controllers, but the Harmony easily handles 90% of all normal operations

Great remote even for an experienced user. I am still learning how to use the system and just the other day one of my kids showed me how to use the guide. I did not know what the guide was and I am sure I could benefit from some more instruction on how to use this new guide.

This universal remote is idiot-proof! I love it because I have multiple devices, including a video cassette player (analog) for viewing my huge collection of VHS tapes, a Blue Ray DVD player, and Bose Solo 15 unit, and satellite TV receiver. I'm a recent widow; my husband was the electronics guru in our home. I hated the multiple steps and remotes required for using my equipment, but the Harmony 650 Universal Remote has completely solved everything. My wonderful Geek agent programmed it so that life is good...very affordable and worth every penny. BUY ONE - YOU'LL LOVE IT!

Purchased for my father so he didn't have to dig through a pile of controllers to just turn on the television. Set up was fast and easy and now he uses just this remote to use his TV, DVD player, and surround sound.

We have several different audio/video devices in our entertainment center and sometime required 4 separate remotes to control everything. I got tired of finding (and keeping batteries in) all the various remotes. Three years ago, a friend had recommended the Harmony brand of programmable remotes so I checked and found the Harmony 650 at Best Buy, made the purchase and the fun began. It's not perfect, but the ability to make it work exactly the way we wanted by setting up "activities" which totally eliminated the requirement of having all those multiple remotes at hand. We love it. The only thing that's not perfect about it is the inability to program broadcast sub-stations (3-2, 25-3, etc) to keys as our antenna-fed 50" Samsung LED TV allows us to input. We can still easily get to the desired digital sub-channel, but they can't be programmed. A call to Logitech tech support validated my find. Oh well, nothing's perfect!

I have my TV, Blu-Ray, Receiver and cable box all connected to this remote. Went from four remotes down to one. You can easily switch over from cable tv to movie and vice versa with one touch of a button. It fits very nicely in your hand. I highly recommend this remote.

The remote was easy to set up with my Cox Cable box, Samsung TV, Samsung sound bar, Xbox One, and Samsung blu-ray player. Happy to go from four remotes to one!

This was recommended by best buy rep to control sony tv and soundbar..so far it has worked with no issues and I would recommend others to make the purchase...I would like to buy a protective cover for it but have not been able to find one online, will keep searching..

THIS IS GREAT. I HAVE THE ENTIRE HOME SYSTEM CONNECTED TO THIS AND IT WORKS FANTASTIC. I WISH IT GAVE A MESSAGE OR SOMETHING WHENT HE BATTERY WAS LOW,, BUT OTHER THAN THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST PURCHSES I MADE.

I currently have 2 900 remotes but didn't need all the features on that unit so thought I'd try the 650for my loft area since the DirecTV remote didn't work with my Pioneer the 650 works great with all my equipment.

Works fine. No problem with using the Roku3 and all my other equipment. Easy to set up. The help screen works. It is slow at times to switch inputs, but is easily rectified with the help button. Good item.

Have had Harmony control for 4 years and it just barely stopped working. Bought this one and good as new. You can use it with all your devices, dvd,tv & game consoles! My wife and kids use the HELP function and walks them through and fixes it to start it up again!

I was a little skeptical about purchasing this remote because some other reviews reported that it would "eat" batteries. But, to the contrary, I have been very happy with battery life. Very easy to program to the different devices. I would DEFINATELY recommend this remote.

I have purchased these remotes for over a decade now for every room in my house that has multiple electronics attached to my tv and they are the best! Easy to use and last forever! Don't hesitate to buy this model - you won't be disappointed!

I like this remote overall. it's rigid for all the drops it will take and easy to set up with the online software. the only complaint is tgat i wish i could set this up offline without having get on Internet.

Easy to program, very easy to operate. There is a "help" button to fix any errors the remote makes in an activity (i.e you point the remote the wrong way and everything but the TV comes on) and it really, really works well! You dont need to dig into the device menu at all, just hit the help button. All of my devices were available in the database, and i do have some odd ones. The only things keeping it from 5 stars are some ergonomic issues - the buttons are very similar in size and shape making it difficult to pick up in a dark room, also the backlighting is pretty weak.

I had a totally new entertainment system installed. My basket had no less than 6 different remotes that I was going to have to use to power all the new stuff (OH NO!!). My Geek Guy recommended this remote - A Life Changer! I'm back to only this one remote - does it all.

This was a little difficult to set up due to terminology. This could be because of a lack of technology savy on the part of myself. Once it was set up it was the best time saver we ever bought. Great product!

Remote is pretty good. Programming was easy enough. Definitely not the best for a complicated system but does the trick for the regular TV user with a dvd and Xbox with a receiver. Overall as described
