I got this because mh $300 Logitech system was starting to act weird. It's a great alternative. Don't accidentally press a different scene though. Things will get weird and not respond.

This model is a very easy set up and easy to use. We had the other one that stayed on a charger. This one is battery operated and do not have to make sure on charger properly and just replace batteries if runs down.

Easy to use and program. Only reason I didn't give it a higher rating is sometimes it makes you go through the tutorial for no apparent reason.

My husband loves Harmony, but whenever it messes up I have to log onto computer to fix it. I think using the regular remotes that come with equipment is easy if not easier than messing with the Harmony.

To hard to operate, it's nice having all four items for my entertainment system on one controler but to many problems to get everything to work right.

The remote is pretty easy to set up online. Unfortunately, the macros only work sometimes. It struggles to switch our TV inputs to the correct setting when going from Blu-ray to TV or Wii. The inputs (and other settings and devices) can be controlled using the "Devices" controls on the remote, so at least we can just use the Logitech instead of switching between all our various remotes. It would be nice to be able to push just one button and have it work every time though. This is our first univeral remote, so don't know if there are better units out there. We'd hoped for better performace for the price.

Overall, the universal remote is great for our set up we have at home. We are able to use many different devices with the one remote. Therefore, it does the job we need it for. There are many different buttons so you have to learn what each button's function is for.

My new Logitech Universal Remote gives me the ability of not having to use four different devices to control my entertainment system. The easy to read screen gives me the capability of controlling four different devices with the touch of one button.

This is my 4th Logitech Harmony remote (one for each TV) and I love how easy they are to set up, the single remote capabilities for ALL your electronics, and the compatibility they have with some of the no name brands of TVs like I used to have.

Bought it to control the television, sound bar, and firestick. It doesn't control the firestick. Have to use its remote which somewhat defeats the purpose of having a universal remote.

Couldn't rate higher due to frustration with first unit not working. The first unit I had wouldn't connect. After calling support, was told to exchange it. New unit set up quickly and easily.

This is our second Harmony 650 remote. Our last one we got 8 years ago and after lots of abuse over the years it was finally time to replace it. We looked at other remotes, but ultimately decided to get the exact same one again.

My son in law recommended this device and I was a bit skeptical cuz of the price but what it offers is fantastic. The setup of the device takes some time but isn't "painful" and once it is complete you have a great device that does many features.

It is a nice feeling remote with a lot of features but takes some time and getting used to. Kind of complicated at first but a lot better than using multiples.

I looked a long time to find a universal remote to run all my electronics. This one remote replaced 4 remotes. The only negative is the battery cover rattles, which gives it a cheap feel.

This remote is awesome! It controls my sound system, 4k Blu-ray player, Roku4, TV, and directv. You push one button for what you want to come on. Example watch roku, turns on TV, roku, and sound system. Love it, got one for my bedroom too.

Was able to see new 65" Sony TV, Sony DVD player, 25 Pioneer CD Player and TWC cable box, but could not recognize my old Lifestyle 5 Bose player. Would recommend to all if the Bose was controllable.

Very good unit, especially if you have old or 3rd party controls for which you can’t find a unit code. Software is a little klutzy but usable. Good feel and logical for layout.

With a new cable box requirement, running sound through a receiver and speakers due to poor sound from my LCD TV, and a Blu-Ray player, it is nice to only need one remote and be able to enjoy the system rather than finding which of the 3-4 remotes I needed before.

Our household went from a cable company universal remote which did not work with all my systems. This meant that we had to have 3 remotes out to cover all devices to do everything. Now with is unit only one!
