This is the best high tech device for a home entertainment buff. Want to watch HDTV? One button is programmed to turn on every device in your system (TV, Home Entertainment Receiver, and Surround Sound Speakers), same for the Blu-Ray, the Stereo, the iPod and the Wii.

Bought this to replace existing remote that button for TV went bad after 13 months. Only 12 month warranty. Good for the price. Prefered this over others as can use it with Roku 3.

I am on my 3rd replacement in just 3 months using . The first one kept losing the programming so I took it back. The second one got stuck in an endless loop of self dynostics. I had my previous logitech remote for almost 4 years before it accidently got squished and stopped working. If the new one starts to act up I will be returning for full refund and go with another brand.

Someone gave me a smart tv, unfortunately without the smart remote. I bought this remote because it supposedly was a smart remote. Tuns out I would need the original remote to "train" it. Used it anyway as a 1-touch remote and it worked fine until now, It doesn't control anything anymore. Now it just welcomes me to my new remote over and over again. Gave it two stars since it did work ok for awhile, although it's against my better judgement.

Liked original before, Tv is wall mounted and all equipment set up by Geek Squad. Trying to program new harmony not easy as I'm not sure original by Geek Squad. Still not able to use other devices, only TV.

this is the 2nd one we've owned, mainly because the first one stopped working correctly..so we replaced it...not much out there to replace it with..now we have a replacement policy..make sure you get one....

We have been using Harmony remotes for 10+ years. Went with a much less expensive version this time and it does everything that's we need. My old Harmony One would lag with DirecTV guide, but this one doesn't at all. That's a plus.

Remote works great but it does take some getting used to. Instead of turning on all devices one at a time you program an "activity" and the remote goes through a sequence to turn on or off all of your equipment and set the right inputs. My wife is struggling with it.

I chose this remote to replace another Harmony remote that I had just about worn out. It was at least 7-9 years old that stilled worked great but some of the buttons were starting to not work so good so I thought a new one was in order.

I'm replacing a unit that is about five years old. Some of the buttons stopped working. The "Black Friday" deal was too good to pass up. Love the new unit. Since I had already setup one, the process was relatively easy. This unit only can control five devices.

This is the fourth or fifth Harmony remote I have purchased. This one is by far has the most substance to it. Feels like a real remote and works just as well if not better then then more expensive models.

It took a little while to program the remote - but to understand how each device operates takes patience. I got my Apple TV to work - so that was a. bonus.

Difficult to program. Will turn everything off fine but will not turn amp back on with TV Activity if TV is off. Geek could not fix. Leave the TV and amp always on or turn amp back on separately.

We have a Motorola DVR from xfinity, TV and soundbar from Samsung and a roku and wanted to control everything from one remote. We bought this model on the recommendation of the sales staff at BB. We programmed the remote and it worked for a couple of weeks but now has to be reprogrammed almost every day we use it. It is a terrible solution to the universal remote product.

I use this remote for many devices. It works great, and I am happy with it. My only complaint is that I have to go back through the menu any time I want to change the volume.

I love having all my entertainment media at my finger tips. The Geek squad set up the remote and I'm glad I didn't have that responsibility. Even so, the remote does take some time to get accustomed to and you will need to experiment with it until you master it.

If you're tired of universe remote that don't work this is a must have. Customize it to your devices. Just type in your model number and answer a few questions and you're ready to go.

Bought one for two locations. At home it works great. Bought the second one only a month later and app is totally different and remote doesn't work the same. Not as reliable.

I have enjoyed this remote. I have put 4 devices on it. The programming was a lttle rough at first but now I refine the controlls as I think of different functions I need.

Excellent replacement for the TV, receiver, and cable box remotes, and runs the streaming features of my Sony TV. Only quibble: the action buttons at the top are not backlit.
