I wish there were more simple gadgets to use instead of trying to develop something that will do everything. When you only use rarely, it is confusing.

Great overall product. One of my kids dropped it by accident from the second floor and it did not break. When back and purchased a second one for the other room, will highly recommend and range is way better than original remote(s).

Short battery life & the set-up should be easier and more user friendly. Nevertheless, it is as functional as the free remote I got with my AT&T agreement.

We wanted to have just one remote and this really served that purpose. The geek squad programmed these for both new TV's. Easy to understand and also has a help button that corrects anything you need. Great product at a reasonable price.

I have purchased this for both my parents and inlaws in (70's). This has made life easy to eliminate the 5-6 remotes and they both love it. Very easy to set up. Took about 30 minutes for 7 or 8 pieces of equipment to tag and test.

We needed a solid universal for our system and this one was the right pickup for us. It doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of the higher end models, but, if this remote will take care of your gear, you shouldn't be disappointed.

Was able to set up device quickly and easily. You will need a computer to do that and install there software. Set up wizard is really easy and can make changes as needed.

This is somewhat complicated to learn but after a while it is fine - It is delicate so be careful not to drop it . This was a replacement for a previous one that had been dropped too many tines

Before we had 4 remotes to lose, now we only have to worry about 1! It was easy to set up and if something doesn't seem to turn on or off properly, just press the "help" button and it will fix the problem for you. Wish my smart phone were as simple.

Was under the impression that this controlled the fire stick, but it does not. Works fine with CEC function on tv + fire stick tho. A little clunky.

Although you can only set up five activities, this remote is the best Logitech remote we've had. Previous models were not as durable and hard on batteries, but this one is very good in both aspects.

this is replacement unit. last one lasted 3 years and push pads had become ineffective. Only rated at 4 . although great response now ..we will see how long this one lasts.

It works ok. It could be easier to program, you have to scroll thru dozens and dozens of brands to find yours. I had to program it to work with a Sharp, a Sony and a Samsung so I had to scroll for days it seemed like. If you could at least choose the first letter of the brand so it goes quicker. It won't turn my surround sound on or off with the TV and cable box so I have to select it from devices and turn it on separately so it is a bit of a hassle. It won't do my Xbox even after programming it. It is cheap but usable, but you might want to spend a bit more money.

Never thought about get a universal remote but received this as a Christmas gift. It has worked almost seamlessly and is great way to cut down on the number of remotes used.

Got this for the Ruko stick. Say on the package it works for all roku. It doesn't. Works on all of them except the roku stick. I did call Customer Service ; which gave a me a heads up.

It's nice that one remote works everything, however I find it difficult to switch from cable to DVD player with picking a different HDMI. Take some time to get used to

This remote control is fairly simple to program. It would have to be for me. I like the fact that it can sense that something is not working properly and can fix the problem its self with very little input from the operator.

Look carefully at your system because this unit can only operate 5 systems. I am maxed out at Sat TV, Blueray player, WII, AppleTV, and Radio. Logitech gives you two interfaces for set-up, web based and local application. They are not anywhere the same and are both lacking in different functionalities. My AV unit is a new Marantz and I had to use a combination of both applications and the remote switches to program the remote. This is a new remote for me and I gave it an average for durability. My previous remote, a very expensive 900, cratered after less than a year.

they recommended it and we agree that it's great to only have one remote that does everything, Still learning how to us all the features. It makes watching TV fun and easy to work all features. Would suggest to everyone
