Instead of buying a more top of the line Harmony this time, I went with more basic. It does everything I need and truthfully the AS batteries have lasted longer than one charge of the rechargeable Harmony I had before.

Works well but I do wish it kept track of what device controls the volume so I would not have to switch components before I can make adjustments. That is my only qualm.

I took it out of the package, which was the hardest part of using the device. I read the instructions. I followed the instructions and replaced three controllers I was previously using to turn on my tv and sound system. Love it!

Bought this remote control only because the surround sound system was a floor model and they couldn't find the right remote. But now that I can do everything with it, I love it. Easy to comprehend, even my 2 yr old can operate it with little help.

I've used harmony remotes for years and will never use different, I think this is the best model as it's a bit nonsensical to spend $300 on one.

Before I was using four remotes to watch tv, movies, streaming player n to control sound bar. But now after setting up the remote, I use only one to control all units. Thanks to this great remote

I purchased this after reading several reviews and it is a great remote for the money. I however decided to spoil myself and returned it for the Harmony Ultimate Home.

I am pleased with the quality and the performance of the product. I was able to program all of my devices into this one remote, very convenient.

I like the remote, however, needs to be able to control more than 5 devices. TV, DVD, audio, gaming system and switcher, what about CD Player?

This is a very nice universal remote which not only is well thought out but also comes at a reasonable price - particularly if it can be found on sale. Nicely done.

This remote effectively controls various a/v products. Initial programming instructions included with remote could be better but once programmed it is easy to use.

This is buy far the best universal remote I have ever used. I was able to replace 6 remotes with this 1 remote. The set up was the most user friendly experience I have had with any device.I highly recommend this product.

A very good product. It's nice to have one remote to take the place of my satellite, TV, BluRay player, and Apple TV remotes. Takes getting used too but not bad once you get the hang of it.

Super easy to program. Be sure to use it to turn everything on and off so you don’t have to spend minutes getting all devices synced

I love how it works when it works. I just wish that when I pick it up after a day that it remembered the programming it had the day before.

Getting used to it after a a couple of months. Would be nice to have a one page card that describes what each button is for. Had to search for it online and the information is incomplete.

Not a techi person so having problems getting it set up correctly. Hopefully we will be able to get this resolved. But, what we have been able to get working is great!

Finally we have 1 remote for three devices. Cable Co. Said theirs would do same, but 8 1/2 years later, several cable boxes, Calls to customer support, and numerous exchanged remotes....enough!

This remote is great but it does take a little getting use too. I reconmend you just take time and play around with it and get use to all the great functions it can do

A bit difficult for me to program but Logitech Customer Service was excellent. They stayed with me until it was accomplished. Highly recommend.
