often when changing channels on tv, it scrolls all channels and times indiscriminately and uncontrollably . so far company support has been excellent without which I could never have set it up.

I bought this remote after my dog chewed up 2 Harmony One remotes that were 200 each. For the money it is a good buy. The ONLY bad thing is it uses batteries vs chargeable.

For the price, you couldn't go wrong. The only downside is button response tends to lag, but it is a small flaw on a great product. Have recommended to many friends.

This brings convenience at a price. I'm constantly having to click the "help" or "fix" button. I try to go from TV to Netflix and the TV audio will not stop. This is very slow.

I bought this remote to replace the Logitech Harmony Universal remote I've had for 10 years. I wanted a new updated model so purchased this Harmony 650 8-device Universal remote! This is the BEST remote ever! Love it!!

This is my 2nd Harmony remote. This one replaced and older unit that the labels were starting to wear off because we've used it so much. The setup software is excellent and the remote just works. Got it as a Black Friday deal so the price was great.

Not as good as the Harmony One. I went this route and it works but the feel of the buttons and ease of use doesn't compare.

After using the remote I like it, but getting used to having to switch devices on it is not easy for me to get used to. But the over all of it I am very saticifide.

I can program all my devices on this one remote and they work seamlessly. The buttons could be a little larger but overall I'm delighted to be down to one remote! Thanks to the salesperson who recommended this to me.

Works great to not have all of the different remotes. The only problem is the sound bar adjusts up or down by 3 instead of 1. To fine tune the volume, we still use the remote for the bar.

Easy to set up. Some slight adjustments once you use it the 1st time. Which it easily guides you thru. Would definitely reccomend it to anyone wanting to get rid of a few remotes!

Glad I have a 20 something son that figured out how to get this remote set up and that he continues to help when something goes wrong. Without a computer savvy child, I would be lost.

Works great easy to setup if you have tech common sense, works with about everything. I needed for Sony receiver remote I lost and so glad I got this, it's awesome.

The first one worked so good, I just went and got another one. Seems we only got about 7 years out it, which is great! They just cost a bit more than I figured.

Remote is a like this !!! Back in the day, like way, way, way, back in the day, your typical caveman and the cavewoman chased down there lunch. Fast forward to now and you can still get your Harmony Remote !!!

This remote is fantastic. The Best Buy geek squad showed me how to work it. Once we went over it I understood it completely. I would recommend this remote. As a matter of fact I'm going to get one for my downstairs tv!!

I really like having only one remote. That is the best part of having this product. It is complicated, but is able to repair itself with a few simple buttons.

Works well but has some issues with turning of my projector which has you verify turning it off by pressing the power button a second time.

No need to keep 3 or 4 remotes when you have this all in one. This is our second purchase of this model. Bought one about 5 years ago as well. Price came down sincw then. Very reliable and easy to program and use.

Overall works great! Love the help feature it has when items gets out of sync.. the only thing is It is frustrating that it gets off sync a little too much..
