I have purchased several of these remotes over the years and they are excellent. Programming them can be a bit tedious but once you get the basics done you can customize them how you want. They are great remotes.

The screen is easy to read and the remote is self-explanatory. Sometimes I have to hit the HELP button when some components don't turn on right away. That usually fixes the problem.

I replaced my old universal remote with this new one. I love it and it works beautifully. This is my second LogiTech Harmony remote, first one lasted 5 years, I only replaced it because the numbers had finally worn off.

It's nice to get all my other remotes off the coffee table. Updates seem to be a little buggy. It will often freeze at 99%.

Great remote, works for my TV and entertainment system, unfortunately I still cant get it to work with my Apple TV (4th Gen), but maybe im just getting it wrong

No matter what I do to correct the situation I still have to use the"Help" button to watch a movie. My Harmony Remote can not get the receiver to the proper mode to get the sound. I have to go through help and the same manual steps every time to get to the right mode. The only good thing about using this remote is that it is better than using all the individual remotes for the Direct TV, Receiver/Blu Ray and projector TV. My Harmony Remote is not what it is hype up to be.

Really great remote. This is my third 650. Bought it with Deal of the Day. Can connect several devices and set up multiple activities through web access. Two thumbs up.

I love this remote. I actually "down graded" from the Harmony Ultimate One and this remote is much more reliable and accurate. It has all the buttons I like to use for my satellite tv. I'm so glad I got this remote!!

It solves the problem of having too many remotes, but it's really just the equivalent of having four remotes in one. You still have to switch between modes, and the pre-set ones aren't always that great. Plus, it seems to hate our Samsung Blu Ray theater system -- especially for inputs. So, my life is better because I never have to fish the Apple TV remote out of the cushions, but it's still pretty complicated.

Have a friend in this type of business and as a returned favor he gave me a VERY high end unit and programmed it for me. It NEVER worked as good as this unit. I HIGHLY recommend it

This is my first Harmony remote. Setup was a little tricky but after a phone call we finally got it. It does act up from time to time but I'll live with it.

Like the remote for the price, easy to use and set up. Help button does what it's supposed to do and the kids can use it w/o any problems.

I read a look of good reviews about this universal remote, but I just couldn't get the remote to a) hold the settings and b) fully control everything I owned. I was trying to control the TV, Cable Box, Soundbar, Apple TV, Blu-Ray Player, and an HDMI port control. When I tried using the remote with just a non-cable component, the soundbar never worked. I did email Logitech but could not get it working. I eventually returned this item and will use my six remotes I have now.

With a smart Tv, soundbar, dvr, dvd and the like it is essential to combine them so you can control all of them with one remote. We had the Geek squad program, so I am not sure how easy it is to do yourself.

I love this remote. My kids threw our first one and broke it (it is like a mini computer and shouldn't be thrown). I HAD to get a new one.....using 4 remotes is ridiculous and I didn't realize how much I missed it until it was gone!

Its the first programmable remote I bought that my wife actually likes. The help function is good at recovering from problem start ups. The keypad layout is much improved from earlier models. We're getting a second one for the den.

There *is* some enthusiast Linux support, despite Logitech's non-support, though Logitech may break this at any time. The Windows support requires installing Silverlight and a large web application, opening permissions, and setting up an account with Logitech. Had to attempt installation on 3 versions of windows before the Logitech S/W was functional. The good part is once that works (took over a day) LogiTech seems to have the control codes for every make & model of device. All my TV's & AV devices (new, old, and obscure). A real plus, since the old remote was dead on some critical keys (impossible to "learn", since the old remote button wasn't working any more). The feel and tactile feedback on the buttons is nice as well. A very nicely constructed unit. It would be a great device if the web set-up didn't suck so much.

I like my new remote, but is a little awkward to use. In a darkened room. My husband does not see the buttons on the sides of the screen, he tries to use the screen as a "touch screen", and becomes frustrated when nothing happens. I admit it took me a few days to get used to the buttons on the side, but he is still having issues. Perhaps the buttons could some how be illuminated.

Great when it works. This is my 2ND 650 the first one stopped working all of a sudden. Loved it when it worked so I bought another.

IF YOU HAVE ACCESS TO A COMPUER (USB PORT) AND WEB ACCESS THIS REMOTE CAN BE PROGRAMMED BY JUST ENTERING THE MAKE & MODEL NUMBER OF THE DEVICE YOU WANT TO CONTROL REMOTELY. THE LIST OF DEVICES IS HUGE.
