Hoes through batteries quickly. Doesn’t always work. Have to reinstall batteries to reboot it.

This remote does everything I need it to do. It makes life so much easier to not have to remember all of the setup for all of my devices. The only drawbacks were the cost & setup.

This is my fourth purchase of this remote. It is my favorite. It is easy to program and the cost is not prohibitive. It's also very easy for my wife and family to use. I've never had any issues with the remote.

Put the rest of your remotes in a drawer and purchase one of these. It takes a few minutes and a little work to set up the remote but once you are done you have control of all of your devices from one remote.

If your looking to get rid of all the clutter of remotes to control all your devices this is the one!! You do need a computer/laptop to setup but if you follow instructions you should have no problem!

I think it's rediculous that this remote is limited to 5 sources. I have owned the Harmony 550 remote and it sold for about the same and controlled up to 15 devices Clearly they want you to invest in there way more expensive romotes. My TV, receiver, direct tv box, DVD player is already at 4. I also have an appleave tv box and a roku. So I can only use this in my basement where I have fewer components to control.

The remote definitely is lacking a lot of things that make it significantly more usable, such as access bluetooth connection to popular electronics, like the Amazon Fire TV. Further, it common has problems with switching TV inputs, requiring the use of the "Help" feature on the remote. However, for the cheap price, it works as an intro-level universal remote and has some features that make it more convenient over similar universal remotes in the price range.

it doesn't do EVERYTHING but it did the job we needed it to do. we ended up buying another after trying the first one we received.

"Harmony remote" can be programmed to operate all of your devices from this one remote + it fits in the palm of your hand. i highly recommend that you let the "geek squad" do the programming though as they're the experts at this.

performs "activities" well after programming, but instructions (written and website) for adapting individual keys to existing remotes are poor or non-existent.

I love the harmony remotes. They work very well once you figure out how to program them which isn't difficult. Like all the devices it can function. Especially love when on sale.

The remote itself works well, but the programming interface could use some updates for stability and speed issues. Overall though, I would recommend it.

The only thing negative about the remote is the back lighting is weak and the keys are small

We were looking for a system that would allow us to use one remote. This remote accomplishes everything we needed for the video system and gaming pieces we had installed.

Like the remote and does what I need. I wish there was not as many button to get to do what I Need. I have a feeling it maybe the way I programmed it.

I love the all-in-one remote. The Geek Squad installer set it up for us, and what a delightful change! No looking for a longlost remote, hoping it's under the couch. Now we only have to worry abou losing one!

Great for switching from TV to blue ray to game box with one push of a button. It also controls the sound system, so everything can be controlled with one remote. Makes entertainment systems easy to operate, even for old folks.

The buttons don't respond each time you push them. Sometimes you have to push them 4 or 5 times before they respond. Other then that it it works great.

I have a Sony amp and Sony Blue Ray DVD and Direct TV and a Toshiba VCR and a new Sharp 60" wide screen tv and all I had to do is put in the model numbers of the devices and the computer loaded the remote with the correct codes.

Easy programming interface with your computer and to obtain codes. The remote can be used at various angles without any loss of infrared signal. Intuitive and easy-to-use what more can you ask for.
