After purchasing I noticed many or most had problems setting this device up, once Level II support helped it was awesome. It took me over 7 hours to get it up and operational.

I got this remote on sale. If you have 5 or less devices to connect this is will work great. It is Harmony's basic universal remote. Worth looking into for the price.

Works great with my Roku, Panasonic blu-ray, and Samsung tv. Programmable buttons are highly customizable and useful for multiple devices being used together without having to switch signal id's.

ONLY one complaint. It takes a long time for some devices to activate. I understand that the remote has to cycle through settings, but a little annoying.

I need something to control whole living room, still can't control ps4, but i ordered a pdp bluetooth receiver that will let the 650 control it also.

I bought this remote to replace an older model that we had used for three years. It is simple for the kids as well as visitors to use. You push one button and all the correct devices turn on. The battery life is also good.

This device was easy to set up using the computer utility. I like the fact I can program the device for both my living room and bed room devices. It is fool proof if you have issues with it as well.

My system includes a TV + cable box + stereo + DVD/BluRay player. Software made it easy to set it up for my system. Works fine for a while (sometimes minutes, sometimes an hour) then it doesn't work at all. None of the buttons will do anything - it's like it thinks everything was turned off. Get up, turn everything off, use the remote to turn everything back on, and it works fine again, until it doesn't.

Fantastic in being able to seamless switch between the cable box and Apple TV. It was a little tricky to set up but once it's done it's great time saver not having to hunt for 4 different remotes

The inclusion of Blu Ray on the 650 fits in well with my system. The remote will let me view regular TV, watch a DVD, see my Apple TV, and listen to me sound system.

This remote is awesome. It lets me use all the features of all my devices. Unlike those cheaper universal remotes that may be limited in function. Logitech's online database had all my devices already. I love this thing.

Only problem with this remote is that it doesn't always activate or deactivate all the proper devices on the first try, if not for that it would be a 5.

Setup was easy, walked me through adjustments, and was easy to use. After setup I put away 4 controllers and handed the harmony to my wife. A few questions and we were set. Highly recommended.

great remote for the money. had a more expensive remote before and it gave out. had a more expensive before that and it still workes after a more expensive battery.

I bought this to replace my six remotes, and I like it, not only it replaced my other remotes but also less clutter on the table. It took me almost a week to get use to it.

If you don't have too many devices this is the best deal on the market. You need a little batch programming skills if you have a complex setup. Expect to tweak button assignments on any uni remote.

My tech-savvy son-in-law programmed this universal remote for me, but we cannot get the "one-button-controls-all-devices" to properly function when switching from watching tv to watch a DVD. Each device still must be individually activated, but at least it can all be done with a single remote. So, this remote is more convenient than having multiple controls, but it doesn't quite work as advertised. A less expensive universal remote would do as well as this one.

I really like this product because of the wide range of things you can control with it. It's very simple to program with MyHarmony so you don't need to fumble around with codes like many cheap models

I have another Logitech harmony remote that I've had for years. I bought it at Circuit City which tells you just how old this remote is. And I absolutely love it! So I purchased this remote for a 2nd TV that I have and I have a Bose Surround System connected. I was tired of using 3 remotes for that TV, so I purchased this cheaper Harmony Remote. I am disappointed, it's not easy to use, I am still trying to figure it out. Hopefully I'll get used to it soon.

Plan to spend a couple of hours setting this up. If you have ROKU, plan to spend a lot more time. Once you get it set up, it works. If you have over 40 vision, have some reading glasses nearby, because the printing on the remote is really small and is NOT backlit. This remote has been around a long time and you would think that by now somebody would have improved on its short comings, but, for the price, at this time, you can't do better and that is sad.
