I bought this to replace a harmony 550 that died. Overall it's a great remote. The only downside is the number of devices that can be configured at once. Buttons are much better then the 550 and the color screen is nice.

Logitech is the only universal remote I have used for many years and when I needed a new one I stayed with logitech because they work and the phone support is the best

This remote is very useful especially if you have a lot of devices attached on your TV center. It can control everything. Mine I have an Apple TV 4, bluray player, Bose sound system and Sony bravia TV.

This universal remote was all I needed to run all the devices in our home theater. I love that I don't need to worry about finding the other 5 remotes just to watch tv.

Very easy to program & use. Conveniently turns on components, and uses correct HDMI selection according to the activity you request. (ex. Watch TV, Watch Movie, Listen to Music...) Very pleased with this product.

Worked well for 23 months. It was still under warranty so I didn’t have any issues. I really like that you only need 1remote.

It works as a consolidated remote to eliminate some clutter. Wish it had a better interface for device specific functions.

If you need a remote to control multiple components it works very well. However it is not easy to setup and does not always identify the right input for a component.

With one button I control all of my devices. I an even switch from tv to blu ray or netflix with one button. I only wish that I did not have to use the help button so much. Some times one unit will not turn on or off.

This is a good universal remote, although it appears to have some functionality issues with Apple TV. Other than that, no issues.

Remote does just about everything that I wanted. The only problem I've had is it can only power on my Netgear NeoTV Prime. Otherwise, it's perfect for my needs.

Remote works great as long as you don't use another remote. Manually turning on and off devices makes the auto buttons like watch tv not work.

I have purchased many remotes over the years. For the price, the Harmony remote is perfect for anyone. Best investment you can make if you have many electronics and you want only one remote.

Very happy with this impulse buy for myself. Read the reviews first and I have had a couple intermittent issues where my sound bar wouldn't process the signal, but not too much of a headache yet! Could be user error!

We love this remote. It has a help feature so if something is not working properly or did not turn on it will fix the problem for you. It is the only remote you need for all your devices

Does what it advertises but buttons are all over the place. Doesn't turn equipment on and off with ease. Still working on figuring everything out.

I recommend Logitech universal remotes. They eliminate the need for all the other remotes, they are easy to program and update, and they make complex tasks simple.

Bought this remote to replace a 9 year old Harmony One that the 30 second skip ahead button finally wore out. This new remote is cheaper than a new Harmony One and for our usage works just as well.

Works well with all my devices. Rechargeable batteries last about a month and a half with heavy use. Between the My Harmony software and learning ability it can replace almost any IR remote.

I purhased the remote to get rid of all the remotes we were using. I especially liked that the remote works with Google fiber boxes
