This a good remote once set up. Easier to use than Time Warner's. It has a screen to prompt you if something was wrong. I like this remote.

Was a great device ,only problem is it connecting to both of my synced televison and sound bar at the same time but i would still recommend

I highly recommend this remote if you're trying to consolidate all of your remotes into one. The lighted buttons are nice for use in a dark room!

Only an exact remote replacement would cover all the functions of an OE remote. Logitech comes pretty close and you can connect multiple remotes. It does a good job and quality remote.

I love this remote. I no longer need to use multiple remotes in order to control multiple devices. It was easy to use right out of the box. Just like with HD TV, I wouldn't go back to using the old methods again.

Purchased a cheaper model which was too difficult to program. Researched many others online and this was highly recommended. I was skeptical but took a chance. Glad I did. No problems so far.

We have used this remote for years and love it but it was becoming unstable. Jumped at the chance to get another one on sale at a great price. Happy to be able to now use for years to come!

Nice universal remote. Just plan on spending at least a few hours to half a day. setup if you have a complicated system.

Once programed it took me a while to get use to the way the remote worked. I was able to reduce my 4 remotes down to one.

Really fast to set up using an online tool that can look up your devices, only issue so far is that the remote has lost the volume setting a couple of times.

Not sure what the love affair with this remote is all about. I have 3 things hooked up to it: Directv DVR, Samsung TV and Samsung Sound bar. Not sure the thing has ever worked correctly no matter how hard I try. Have reprogrammed and everything and I am not a tech dummie. My kid got so frustrated he asked me to just go back to using 3 different remotes.

I love the remote but everyone who tries to use it that doesn't have one or doesn't get explicit insructions from someone who knows what they are doing messes up.

This remote is an all in one. I can now control the television, satellite, and surround stereo with only one remote and the distance is good.

pretty simple. easy to set up using the online instructions. I like the one button to operate multiple features (Watch TV or Watch Movies).

Great remote, even better Tech. Support! You can plug into your computer via USB port, and have Harmony Tech Support help you program your devices while you are on the phone with them!

I have a much fancier Harmony remote for my main TV but this is a decent remote for a secondary TV. Easy to set up but not as many options as the nicer models.

Only concern is a couple of times it seemed to reset itself but love the flexibility of how many devices you can easily set the remote to.

Like all logitech products, this remote lives up to what's advertised. I currently use for 5 devices and it controls each one as well or better than the original remotes.

Replaced all my remotes, and now my family can work the home entertainment system without screaming for me. Blue ray, DVR, Apple TV, and HT receiver work with the push of one activity button.

For the price, this remote is amazing! Used it for a month now and have no issues with it. I'm able to easily change my TV's picture settings and audio settings for movies and games!
