We have 2 of these remotes in use at our house and have bought 2 for our family members. One remote for controlling our complex system is perfect for company and our kids and babysitters.

The remote exceeded expectations for what I neeed it for. I now only have one remote and it even controlled items I didn't expect it to control such as an Xbox One S. Very impressed.

This remote has quite a few features that come in handy. The one downside I would say, is that it is a bit complicated to the average user.

As it did not support my device I returned it but it did seem like it would be a nice controller

Setup was fairly easy. Watching TV is easy with one step to control everything. Several steps (8) to watch a movie.

I use it with a Samsung TV, Onkyo surround sound, and a Blu-ray player. Handles everything well and you can create quick launch combos.

Have some issues with it trying to connect and stay connected with USB 2.0/3.0 when trying to upload profiles. but it works for my purposes :)

This is a good remote. No app support but it will do everything that you need it to do. Sometimes a little slow but I would recommend it.

Love the idea of using a remote to utilize all components through wood cabinets. A little challenging to understand the troubleshoot error messages but then we are techi challenged.

Purchased this remote for daughters home. Consistent product quality of this brand is what prompted this purchase. Not as many units to control so this was suitable for her need.

Logitech Harmony Universal Remote Controls are the best kind for mulitple devices. The device database is extenisve. Just wish there is a way to save multiple settings for testing or different device setup.

Had the Geek Squad set this up when they installed my new tv. He had some problems setting it up and it worked for about two days. Now when I try to turn on the Directv box, soundbar and tv with this unit most of the time nothing happens. When I press help, everything turns on, but the soundbar it set up for something I do not have. Then it asks me if this helped and it did to a certain extent. I am going to help it back to Best Buy for a refund.

This item worked as expected. Needed this item to provide the full range of capability for my Logiteck smart hub. Need to find the picture icons to complete the network displays.

Had a little trouble setting up, but called support and they walked me through setup and everything works fine. Good remote for the money.

I have used many of the Logitech Harmony products and while they are all extremely intuitive, the 650 seems to combine the best features into an affordable, easy to use package that is family friendly.

I have a lot of boxes, TV.DVD,BR,Cable,Receiver,Playstation,Ruku... on and on. The remote handles everything (except the playstation)

Excellent Remote control to control many devices.....Only issue is Display screen could be little more better Quality but over all functionality is great and it is bit expensive also

I bought this for my home theater system. It's good and it can control receiver, tuner, projector. But turn all off and all on function does not work. Some device is left in on/off position each time and I need to press help to fix it. But, you can remove batteries from other remotes atleast :) and insert when this remote can not do the function you need. Basic functions it's able to do and that's what I use most of the time.

This remote simplified my entertainment access. The best and not mentioned often enough feature is it's auto-sensing back lit display!

I just forget how to use it independtly. I need to use it in conjunction with another remote which is what I was originally trying to avoid.
