We did not know anything about the multi device remote until our Geek Squad installer explained how convenient and easy it is to control our new tv, disk player, and cable box.

Be in control with this control. Control is in your hands. Eliminate multiple controls with this control.

This device was easy to set up and replaced 5 remotes with this one control. Being able to just one-click button to put all my components on the right settings is a great feature.

Too many buttons, relearning where necessary buttons are located, lights up on movement in dark which is convenient

takes some time to set up working right and it can be a hassle when updating your system. Otherwise it is a good overall universal remote.

Good all in one remote for a good price. Mid range use for the price, better than the super complicated one.

My only reason for taking points off is because this requires AA batteries instead of being rechargeable. Didn't realize this in the store.

I had geek squad set this remote up to operate cable,blue ray,surround sound,tv. Have some one who knows what they are doing set it up unless you are fluid in computer related programming

Nice one to get away from the number of remotes. Setup is bit time consuming but once it is done it is easy life

I purchased this remote because the volume control on my 30 year old JVC receiver remote stopped working. They had the codes on line and it works perfectly.

This model is a step down from the Harmony 700 that it replaces. Can only manage 5 rather than 6 devices and is not rechargeable. The most disappointing aspect was that I could not transfer the settings from the previous Harmony 700 remote to this remote via the Logitech Harmony set-up website. As a result I had to manually reenter all of the device and activity information.

I am a custom installer and have very cool and very expensive universal remotes available to me. The 650 is plain and basic, but does 95% of what a typical system needs but at about 1/10 the cost.

I purchased this remote at the recommendation of several Best Buy staff as they were using the same remote to control a lot of the display TVs and equipment. However, it doesn't seem to be able to properly change the input ports on my TV the first time. I have to continuously press the "help" button and go through a series of troubleshooting steps before it figures out the proper port. Was too much money for the irritation.

It’s ok. Can control tv and Apple TV. Helps declutter coffee table, less remotes.

device does what it is supposed to, overall good device. wish it worked all features of all devices hooked to it

I bought it for my husband who has six devices and it was a little time consuming to set up but works well.

purchased and got it set up to run TV, speakers, DVD player - after less than 3 days it ceased to operate anything but the TV - wasted money.

A Geek Squad member programed the remote to go with a few home theater items purchased at the same time. Initially, the remote worked fine. Unfortunately, it began to work intermittently. Sometimes the remote would not turn devices on or off. This was even true after other devices had been turned on earlier and were functioning properly. After working with Harmony customer support and doing a software version reinstall, the remote has been working better. It still exhibits some issues occasionally, but with some persistence we can usually get the remote to go back to working properly. Its a nice remote most of the time, but very frustrating at times when it is not working as it should. I expect a more robust product from this manufacture. Especially at this price point.

I have all kind of smart devices and way to many remotes! The Logitech harmony solved my problem and know I'm back down to 1 remote
