Great remote control. Best thing it uses batteries so it’s easy to replace. It’s quite sturdy and made of good plastic.

The remote is great. I would never have been able to set it up myself, but the Geek Squad did a GREAT job setting it up and showing me how to use it. Having just one remote is AWESOME!

a good remote , too many buttons to push to switch from one function to another and the setup is a bit brief and not too friendly

We have all our electronics programmed into it. Easy to use and makes it easy to turn everything on and off with one gadget. We bought one for friends and they love it also.

I think it's rather complicated and was not explained very well from the beginning so I've had quite a bit of trouble trying to learn to use it

Works as advertised for most part. Sometimes, devices don't turn on/off and extra button presses are needed.

Not a fan...kinda temperamental, and restarts if dropped...not worth the money in my opinion...sadly I bought 4 of them at the same time.

Only 1 small complaint. The record button is too close to the. Handel number buttons so I always accidentally starting my DVT.

Awesome universal remote for the price. Easy to program through Logitech's software. No fancy macros and smaller number of max devices, but works perfectly for our needs.

I was afraid I wouldn't like it as much as our last Harmony which was quite a few years old. I had even worn off the printing on some of the buttons. This one is wonderful, even better than before.

Lower end of Harmony remotes but works great for a single person with only 4 devices though it will handle several more devices!

Good setup, works well, but often have to hit help button frequently to get results.

We bought this remote as a second remote for our Samsung tv. Programming this remote seemed a bit confusing but I got through it. The biggest knock I have on this remote it that if the TV is shut off with the Samsung remote, to use the Logitech you must turn off and on again the Logitech.

I have a Samsung TV which comes with small remote. I wanted a traditional remote and finally picked this smart remote which is quite awesome in all the aspects. Thumbs up

Was using 4 remotes to control my entertainment system and this remote made it extremely easy to consolidate everything into one. I should have purchased this 2 years ago.

Purchased this to combine 4 remotes into one. It was easy to program using my MacBook Pro and the provided USB cable. The only thing I wish is that I did it much sooner.

This remote works great for my needs. I have a Roku, Tv and, sound bar set up. The buttons take time to get used to but it beats working 3 remotes.

This Harmony Remote works with my receiver, tv, and cable box perfectly. I haven't seen quality like this in a long time. This is a must have for anyone who has more than one device they're using.

Had to contact tech support to work out a few issues that was not clear on the website instructions. They were very helpful. Otherwise no problems

Have to program this remote via a stand alone pc. This was a replacement for anther 650 that simply stopped working...
