I really like this universal remote although navigation for me can still be confusing , wish there was better labeling of buttons

Good remote control. The only downfall is having to hook it up to a computer to set it up. Other then that I like it a lot

I needed to get a new remote for my TV and the Harmony 650 went on sale. It is more than I needed because it controls up to eight devices, but I could use it to put the other remotes in a drawer. Overall it has been working okay, but there were and are some issues. The initial set-up was not glitch free. Sometimes the device I was adding would not take even though it was obvious it should. The one-click activity buttons didn't seem to work at first until I played around with the screen buttons. I think this is my biggest disappointment. I am not sure why the screen even exists. When the one-click activity button stops doing what it was set-up to do, I have to play around with the screen buttons and turn on the device and then the one-click button will start working again. The screen seems like it was added by mistake. It seems to be a problem and interferes with some of the other features. I think the lower model (Harmony 350) without the screen that controls eight devices would have been a better buy.

After speaking twice with their people in India, (or wherever), I could not get this thing to sync with all my brand new equipment. Wasted a lot of valuable time for nothing. I think my Samsung Smart TV is too smart for this remote. Took it back. Best Buy asked no questions. Thanks to them.

It's so nice and convenient to have just one remote on my living room table instead of the four remotes that control each of the components of my home theater system!

My family loves this remote....we were able to get rid of four remotes and just use the Logitec Harmony to control our tv, cable box, receiver and blue ray player.

Am still working on setting up for game unites, Sound system, DVD player and the cable box. But do believe when all is done, it will be great.

Purchased a new TV, Sound Bar and 4K Blueray. Now have full control with one remote. Take the hassle out of remote controls.

I purchased this for my husband. went home and set it up within 10minutes. It is awesome. it has the features watch tv, watch a move, listen to the radio....all with just one buttom. Awesome buy!

Easy to sync with all of our electronics. The directions were simple to follow. Would definitely recommend this remote.

"All on", "All Off" macros are fantastic. This remote was a great find. I plan to buy a second one for another room. Much better range than other individual remotes.

Some devices are not there have to be manually added. Some devices are auto added that are already there. Some command pages are become blank

Great universal. Just doesn't talk to the Amazon Fire TV, but that's because every other TV remote on the planet is IR, and Amazon went with radio frequency.

It was much easier to program and easier to use than any of the other universal remotes I've used. The one button "watch TV" alone makes it simple to use and the "help" feature is terrific.

The logitech-Harmony universal remote works ok however the channel buttons at the bottom of the remote are very awarkard

I previously had a Harmony remote and this was a replacement. I like the newer model better due to type of battery it uses and that it doesn't have to sit in charging cradle

Consistently have issues with the device syncing up with the Bose receiver and properly turning system on and off. Would not recommend this controller at this time. I am going to be contacting Bedt Buy to come back and do the setup again as it is very disappointing after spending $70 for the remote and $60 for the setup that it is not working as advertised or as recommended by Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

This remote was easy to set up via the internet (I recommend using the My Harmony website to program). I am concerned about the battery life.

Replaces so many remotes. With learning capability was able to teach it to control my fireplace. Love Harmony rehires and their software

After owning this Harmony for two weeks it still has all kinds of issues. Sometimes it doesn't turn everything off, which then means you have to try the help button so it can resend signals. I'm glad I didn't pay much for it because it will sit collecting dust for the most part while I go back to multiple remotes...which always do their jobs correctly.
