I have had Logitech remotes in the past and would always use this brand. Save your original remote ( they wear out ) and use one to control all your devices.

I own two of these, and it contols multiple devices with the push of one button( watch tv, watch a movie, listen to music).

Setup was a little difficult but, given the complexity of all it does with the all of the various components, I don't see how it could have been any more straightforward than it was.

This remote is a little difficult to get all the electronics working properly. If you press the wrong button it gets all messed up. My husband really likes it.

This replaced an older Harmony remote amd works great. The best is the software was able to basically transfer the setup from the old to the new Harmony remote

This is a great remote to get started with the harmony line. It has a much improved screen that is easier to read. Battery life is also improved and overall this remote is a must buy

I was able to consolidate to one remote from 3!! I have a Samsung TV, Samsung Soundbar and Directv. This remote worked with all my devices. Very easy to set up!

Set up takes a while, but well worth it after set up is complete. I was using several remotes before I discovered this.

Product is perfect for the all in one product, but it takes time to turn on things at times due to slow programming.

This remote is simple and reliable. It is hard key, so no problem with touchy screens or missed cues. We are using it to replace 4 remotes. Very pleased with it.

This is a very nice remote to eliminate multiple device remotes. The only issue is that it requires an internet connection and computer to program it.

Instructions a little confusing to set up but with patients and determination and perhaps a grandson you should have no problems.

Had a couple issues during setup with it being recognized by my computer but after taking the batteries out and putting them back in it worked great!

Good product very versatile there is a bit of a learning curve. Not super excited about the online programming.

We love the way we can program what is turned on in different modes. The ability to turn on DVD or Roku without having to go through every item. Simply Great!

Good remote, too much steps to program electronics

A very good remote that even includes a help button. A little complicated for me to troubleshoot when my settings got messed up

This model provides a low cost alternative to other universal remotes and works fine for most typical home theater applications.
