This works as advertised, although it is not a easy to use as I would have hoped. Perhaps with time it will get more familiar with it.

Makes it very easy to control all devices, TV, direct TV, Blue Ray player.

This remote makes everything easy to control. The Geek Squad did a good job setting it up to run all the equipment I have and left good instructions to keep it functioning properly.

Love this remote, but it seems like I need to buy a new one every other year or so...

Of course this is wonderful, I don't have to have 4 extra remotes laying around. Just this one. It works wonderfully and I understand how to use most of it.

got this as a Christmas gift for my dad he has only had it for a month but so far so good. It does what he needed and is worth the $$.

This remote does recognize all the components I have but it is very inconsistent in executing the proper response especially when doing a combination of actions. There are ways to work around it with the remote but it requires many more steps than I was hoping for. Even after programming specific commands in for different devices, it failed at times in syncing them properly also

I actually own three of these remotes. One for each of the tv's and multiple devices that I have attached to them.

It took several tries to get it connected to the computer via USB but once it did no problems. That's the reason for 4 stars!

This remote has all the functions and ease of set up that the $300 remotes have. Only difference is that it takes batteries instead of being rechargeable. Could not be happier.

I was tired of having to use 5 separate remotes. Took some trial and error to program all the most common commands that I use. Overall, I am happy with it.

This remote worked as described but I'm used to the 2 remotes I have so it was more work that what I liked.

Great remote so far! Very good option of you need to replace alot of remotes and need seamless integration with various devices

We had geek squad set it up and show us how to use it, so I can't comment on ease of set up. Runs much like our Comcast remote.

A bit difficult to program but worth the effort long term to spend some time and think about combinations, etc.

This remote does what I wanted it to do, which is control multiple devices. The only thing it is missing is a full keyboard.

Love the remote would give 5 stars if the remote felt more natural in your hand. It's to long you almost need two hands to use it.

Works good, except after 6 months the "OK" button stop working causing us to use a separate remote for "OK".

The remote is awesome it lights up and is easy to set up on your computer. The steps are simple and you completely know what to do and how to continue.....

Good remote overall. Would help if they could provide info on what buttons control certain feature's for operating U-verse box.
