Had the next model up from this for two years and LOVED it. Then my son's visiting puppy found it on my workbench and chewed it to pieces. This one serves me very well too.

I bought this remote to replace a failing Logitech Hub. What I liked about the hub was that it worked consistently. This remote often does not turn on all devices, and sometimes has issues with turning off all devices. It must have something to do with the directionality of the IR transmitter. Also, the keys are confusing and not intuitive. Takes time to come up to speed.

Buy one now!!! It's so easy to set up. Replaced four remotes with this one. Pretty durable-my hubby is pretty tough on remotes, but this one has lasted through all his drops!

Quickly looking at this eliminating all your devices remotes into this one is a wonderful idea. However the daily operation doesn't make sense to the no technical and turns them off from using it. Plus using some features dont work always. For instance if Im in the remote for the DVD player volume controls on mt sound bar don't work until I go back to the sound bar.

When my 12 year old remote control died I bought this universal remote. I was able to program the remote to operate both the older TV and receiver.

Purchased this replacement Logitech after the one I bought in 2007 finally gave up the ghost. Very happy with this unit. Was easy to set up and easy to use.

Overall I like the functions of this remote except when the buttons don't go down flush and stick. Then the remote won't work.

Love this remote! Everyone would probably enjoy this if given the opportunity. It's great to store all those other remotes and use only this one! Thank you for the product.

This is a reliable remote control. I do not have obscure brands so cannot assess that, but it worked for my Sony and similar name branded equipment.

This remote must be programmed with each electronic piece having its own identifying number. When using it, you have to go through three iterations of different buttons to get what you are looking for. If you're changing the channel, you push two or three buttons, if you are adjusting the volume, you push three buttons. I want to return it for a simpler remote.

Its a good remote and the pricey is comparable to other remotes with the same features. Is a learning curve to setting up and using, if you are looking for a simple remote to replace the one that came with what you bought this might not be for you. its pretty ridiculous what these things cost, but we continue to pay the price they want us to....so plastic will continue to sell for hundreds of dollars.

This remote is Awesome! You program it through their website and you can customize anything you want. It can also learn commands from your existing remotes. Great Purchase!

I'm a contractor and I use these for my customers. I have probably bought ten to fifteen of these . Have had NO PROBLEMS with any of them great product.

This is the 3rd Logitech remote that we have owned..THe "help" button is great for people who are not techno savy

The K.I.S.S principle personified. Unless you enjoy showing-off multiple remotes....this is a no-brainer.

Works great , however, the remote struggles to learn custom IR signals used to rotate our outdoor antenna.

This remote does what it's supposed to do. It is currently controlling 4 devices. Works great. The tech had to come and program it because I wouldn't have had a clue.

This is the second Logitech remote we have had. The down side was our first remote lost two button functions!
