Works great with my Visio TV, sound bar and Samsung DVD. The help button is awesome. It automatically runs a diagnostic when you press it which is very nice.

the range of the remote is too weak sometimes I have to move closer to the unit to record signal

We bought this to replace our old universal remote. and It is easy to use and set up. Plus it is very light weight.

I bought this for my dad and even though there are issues, he seems to be happy with the one remote. I do have to help him out from time to time when there are problems. So I bought one for me and my set up was not universal enough for this specific model. I spent hours setting it up and realized afterwards that my devices don't work with it. I could have sworn the package said "universal remote" but I guess it's not. I ended up returning my device. My dad's seems to be working 80% of the time, but another horrible feature is that display. It's always on so the batteries drain extremely fast. I'm so glad I didn't stick with this one for me. Side note: I just bought the Harmony Smart Control and love it. I wrote a review for that one as well.

This remote is great! The only thing I would say is if you're clueless when it comes to technology have someone else set it up. Once set up a monkey can use it.

I followed the instructions, but still had to pay some one to set up in the computer before I could use.

I truly enjoy having this remote. My only complaint is the fact that it's NOT lighted very well.

This Harmony remote is easy to program and works well. My wife loves the "Help" button which fixes the system if something gets out of sync.

When I Start activities it takes a long time for the remote to start Working. Other than that it's a great remote.

The Harmony remotes are the best around! Just go with the remote that matches how many devices you have and you're good to go!

The unit definitely does what you'd buy it for. Set up md understanding would be abut difficult for the average user.

This is a great remote to use as a universal remote. Easy to set up and eliminates the need for multiple remotes. Simplified the process.

This is a good remote once you het the Geek Squad to hook up and sync. Pretty complicated to do on own

I have owned other entry level Logitech universal remotes which worked fantastically. This one however has one glaring problem... its buttons. The buttons fit too loosely in their holes which in turn causes them to get stuck. When stuck they continue to send the signal causing your settings to get messed up on the television. I would not buy this remote again.

The remote stopped working and I have tried every number available and have had absolutely no help. I paid a lot of money for this remote and it's not covered by my Geek Squad account, according to Geek Squad. They gave me the number for Harmony customer support and I was told I had to purchase a support package to get help. I haven't used it since.

Good remote for its purpose even though I didn't need it because my original one synced to the tv.
