My three years old not able to use this remote because its confusing for him.

It does as it says but tends to be quirky at times and have to hit help button to fix issue.

My only complaint is that it sometimes doesn't turn on all of the devices for programmed activities.

I have owned other entry level Logitech universal remotes which worked fantastically. This one however has one glaring problem... its buttons. The buttons fit too loosely in their holes which in turn causes them to get stuck. When stuck they continue to send the signal causing your settings to get messed up on the television. I would not buy this remote again.

Ordered this while on sale for $25. Works well. The batteries I use last a long time. Good buy for TV/audio system.

This is a good all-in-one remote. My only complaint is the amount of time it took to set it up.

Works great and reprograms its self if it gets "confused" Went from 5 remotes down to just this one to run my whole entertainment system!

Following the instructions, I downloaded their software, plugged it into my computer, gave it the make and model of every device connected (TV, cable box, blue-ray player, sound bar, and Roku). Then tried it. It worked almost perfectly but could not seem to change the source on the TV. And I could only control one audio volume per activity. So the sound bar or the TV volume but not both. So I reprogrammed it to try to resolve the source issue. Same issue. So I went through a massive two hour effort to customize all of the smart features that can be displayed on the screen. Trying to be smart about it, I included that source button and TV audio controls in the first page. And... that part did not work. The customization was not there. The screen had the same default choices. Multiple tries left me very disappointed. If I still have to use two remotes (this one, plus TV to control source and TV volume), what was this really buying me?

Give it a 8.5 out of 10. Only problem was with website. I had to work around it to download device codes I needed,

Took some getting used to since it's different from our previous remote but we've learned it and now it's easy. Not too expensive either.

This remote is a quite an upgrade from my previous remote. Simple operation and excellent response make this a must for a tv/sound bar system.

I really like our universal remote. I also ordered a 2 year service plan when I ordered this online but nothing was sent with the remote. I need some paperwork.

to switch tween devices, but does control them all

I have an older model that is more advanced on my first floor. I was able to get that one to control everything without any issues and it works consistently. With that model, you could go in and change the program - add pauses, add steps. With this one, you can't. My receiver in this room has a different signal for off and on. I was able to program both in, but signals in. However, it still does not turn the reciever on or off reliably. I can't see the program, so I can't fix it. I wish i had paid the 300 to be honest. Basically, i'm just leaving the receiver on and that's probablynot good for it. If you had a simple application with new stuff to control, probably it's going to be OK and a good deal. If you have a lot of stuff, old stuff or a complicated application, get the higher model. Logitec does make nice remotes, in general.

This remote is amazing. Press one button and it turns on everything I want it too

My settings aren't always carried forward. It doesn't always switch to the correct HDMI input for the television.

Make sure you pay the $50 to have the Geek Squad program the remote. It works great and you don't need any other remote but the Harmony.
