I have a different Harmony remote that works great and this one is for some other electronics works just as well.

Great remote but often fail on activities set and I had to press help; after that it works fine.

This remote is working great, the old remote (same model) had worn out keys that ceased working after 2-3+ years.

Does everything we need it to do. We originally tried the Harmony 350 but returned it to Best Buy since the buttons were not backlit.

Does what i need it to do. Installation was not as user friendly as other remotes i'e used

The Logitech Harmony 650 runs our HD TV, sound system, Blu ray player and our Comcast guides, etc flawlessly! It is easy to set-up and use.

Slightly complicated to set up. Once I called the polite and helpful person at Logitech, it was easy. He did additional settings I probably would have missed.

Great remote with macro capabilities. Only con is the line of sight, but I knew that prior to purchasing. Guess the harmony hub spoiled me.

Finally found a remote that works. Logitech web setup is easy to understand & follow. Thanks.

This is my second harmony remote,the durability is great,I've dropped this remote quite a few times and it still works like new.It's very easy to set up.

I LIKE THIS PRODUCT. I NOW ONLY HAVE TO USE ONE REMOTE FOR ALL MY EQUIPMENT INSTEAD OF THE FOUR I USE TO USE.

The remote is pretty easy to set up but you can't completely customize it.

I guess in this age of things like Alexa, and smart phones, I am so used to being able to set things up with touch screens, and with ease. This whole thing seemed so old school to me. You have to download software to your computer (The Mac was a nightmare. It just did now want to launch their program), and then plug the remote in every time you want to make a change, and "sync" it. The main power button will not do both power off and on, unless you tell it to, and I had to program it 3 times to get it to take. Every time I push the button to power off, my TV won't go off, and then this little assistant pops up an says did everything turn off, and I tell it no, and then it turns off. So it's like a 3 step process to turn off my TV. I tried calling Logitech support twice, both times held for a half hour, then got frustrated and hung up. So I never got to talk to anyone. The recording you have to listen to, says to please check their support forums for answers to questions. So I'm supposed to sit there and read articles on other peoples problems to find answers on my own problems. There are no real instructions. There's nowhere to go to just read in black-and-white how to program the whole remote. It's all reading articles on the web. The instructions that come with it are short, simple, and refer you to their website. I am returning. I honestly hate this product.

this product is great for the not so savy person. One this remote is programmed for use in your tv/entertainment room, that is all you will ever need to use

I don't know why i waited so long to get a universal remote. This works great with all my devices after a few configuration settings

Remote works great programming takes longer than I would have thought.

Love my remote but don't drop it. Will need to reset it every time.

It functions well but I would think that you wouldn't have to program the return button.

Seems to lose configuration and stop working with some devices occasionally. It can be very frustrating. This does not work with FireTV unless your TV has HDMI-CEC enabled. This did not impact my rating of this remote. Before buying any Harmony remote, be sure to read as many reviews as you can. They are not universally loved by their owners.

SOMETIME ALL THE POSSIBILITIES ON ONE DEVICE CAN BE CONFUSING. I'M STILL LEARNING TO USE IT.
