Didn't Work As Anticipated

My entertainment center has several devices and keeping up with all the remotes is a pain. However, this is definitely an advanced remote. I spent days reconfiguring the settings, and I never got the remote to fully work. Maybe it is just my TV, but the remote could never select the proper inputs.(ex. my cable box is HDMI 1; when ever I would use the watch tv command, it would always switch my tv to the live tv input which I marked not used already when programming the remote. It would take several cycles through the help function to fix the problem. Sometimes it would work just fine and other times it wouldn't.) It did work with the Xbox One illuminating the need to use a controller, but it had issues powering it off.
