Cumbersome

So the stores only solution was for me to order one from the manufacturer, ugh! Or purchase this universal remote. It works, yes it works all my components - the tv, cable box, blue-ray surround sound system, & game box. However! It so cumbersome to use! You have to constantly change the 'mode' from cable to DVD, to tv and back again just to change channel or change volume or look at channel info. It's very time consuming, confusing and cumbersome. On a good not, it was very easy to program using you computer.

I am sure that if one set it up right it would work good however I did not want to pay the cost of having someone come out and set it up at my house, and it is not user-friendly to people who are show we say computer challenged
