    Works good. Had one previously I replaced with the same remote. However, this one has to be set up via the web. I wasn't all that impressed with that. Also any time it gets dropped it takes u thru the entire set up tutorial again which I'm not impressed with at all. It's very annoying

    I had a Harmony 510 for a few years which the Geek Squad installed, because I could not. Our dog got a hold of it and chewed up the front of it. Then I purchased above Harmony 650 and programmed it. When I tried to use it at my TV the screen showed "Not Available" and no picture and no sound.
