Logitech 8 device universal remote

The control buttons are very small for a person trying to set up things on the universal device. Sometimes when you use it to turn off, not all the devices go off.

I use OTA digital, which requires a button to insert a hyphen ("-") to jump to a channel. The product forums had all sorts of work arounds, but none of the moderators bothered to post the simple solution. The solution was not intuitive and should be.

This remote never seemed to turn on all four devices together and I had to constantly press the help key. Also, buttons too small. Not every button lights up.
