We purchased it but after seeing that it was capable of doing way too many things that we would never use, and the fact that it was $80.00 with a $50.00 Geek Squad set-up fee, we returned it.

Called tech support and they informed me that it needed to be re-programed for $99. What a joke. Remote did not cost that much but they informed me of the manufactures warranty and Best Buy replaced the remote, NO CHARGE

Harmony 650 Remote

Although, I love most things Logitech, this one is kinda of a stinker.

Needs improvement

Called Logitech support a couple of times and still could resolve the issue. Decided to take back the remote and return it. Not enough HDMI labels preloaded, had issues switching between HDMI sources. Over all very disappointed.
