    This product was recommended by the Geek Squad Tech. We purchased it but after seeing that it was capable of doing way too many things that we would never use, and the fact that it was $80.00 with a $50.00 Geek Squad set-up fee, we returned it.

    Doesn't appear to work well with my Samsung TV, there is a long delay when changing stations and volume, like it is working then it goes. Although, I love most things Logitech, this one is kinda of a stinker.

    Worked great for six months. Called tech support and they informed me that it needed to be re-programed for $99. What a joke. Remote did not cost that much but they informed me of the manufactures warranty and Best Buy replaced the remote, NO CHARGE
