Ok Remote

This was purchased quickly without much research and it was available at the local store. Switching from one device to the other involves using the funky little LCD display. If, or when, I buy another remote I will bypass that feature.

OK product....nothing great.

Must go through six commands each time tv is turned on. Called installer two days ago...still waiting for return call.

I enjoy the remote

Once you use the help button and will usually work for several times

It works most of the time. Usually it will only turn on or off some of the programmed components. I will turn my tv on but the theater won't turn on.
