I love, love, love the ease of use. I have all of my electronics set to this one remote. There is even a help button, if you accidentally hit the wrong button. Awesome product!

I've looked at many universal remote devices before purchasing this one. After researching all the universal remotes on the market, this one was the best option for me: price point, appearance, set up process, etc. Once I downloaded the program, the set up process was so easy and fast. In order to set the device up all I need was to gather some information about my devices and enter in the program. Once, I entered the information, the remote was ready. The entire set up process only took about 10 minutes. I had my remote for about 3 weeks and loving it.

I bought this device to replace an older TV remote that just got tired and because the package sounded good. The setup on the MyHarmony site was easy. Devices from my previous Harmony were available to add to this one. The problem started when when I tried to use it. The device is turned off with one button. This leaves the TV in the final watch state. There are 2 buttons to turn on the appropriate hardware to watch TV or to watch a video. My TV has a long start-up. If left in watch mode and you want to watch TV, no problem. If you watch TV after turning the system on and then want to watch a video, no problem. If you last watched TV or watched a video, problem. The equipment will end up in a mixed configuration. You then need to press the appropriate button again. I worked with support. They could not get it to work the way it should. I finally gave up after 4 tries from support and accepted how it worked. My 2 year old Harmony worked better and cost 60% less then the new fancy one.

I like the easy programming online by entering the TV/DVD/ Direct TV box part numbers. I love that I get to configure how it operates so there is no need to switch devices to operate them. Best universal remote I ever purchased!

Ive gone through three Harmony remotes in the last 8 years. They're pretty durable given all they do. This one is fairly easy to setup via a USB to your computer, and even more so because I just transferred my settings from my old one. This one is really the only one you need if you just have a few components (Amp, TV, DVD, Gaming system). Some of the more expensive ones can control your whole house, if you have things that are remote controlled.

This is a great remote that my kids bought for me for Father's Day. I waited about a week for one of them to program it for me. Though I am not tech illiterate, I did not want something else to do...but, I connected the remote to my Apple Computer via the included USB Cable, Downloaded the Software and went through the Harmony steps, melodically...ha ha...Easy Setup, Good Value. Only problem I have is aging..in that it is hard for me to see the little letters and numbers, but that's my fault not Harmony's. I highly recommend this one. thanks!

Sometimes it does not turn on/off all of the related devices with an activity, but the help function fixes this every time which makes it still easier than using two remotes.

I've had great difficulty over the years with remotes. This device makes it easy to control the television and other equipment in my system. It is straightforward and I appreciated the help I was given during the installation process.

This remote is great we are only using it to control5 things. It doesn't say in the description that it is backlit but it is which is helpful when you are watching tv at night or in a dark room. When the remote is moved it lights up.

The remote was fairly easy to setup. Plug it into a computer and enter the model numbers of components. Figuring out how the buttons worked took a couple of tries to get down.

One of the best universal remotes I've come across. Setup is easy and it walks you thru it. After using awhile you may need want to re-visit the setup and make it even better.

This universal remote allows us to control all devices on our new 65" Samsung TV that we purchased from Best Buy at the same time. Controls sound, cable box, and blue ray DVD player from one control. Simple to operate and to program.

But, it's not miracle that some might want. Don't expect this to exactly duplicate every remote you have. To an extent, some of the shortcomings can be dealt with. What I really needed was the activity feature. That turns the correct devices on/off and selects the correct inputs. I'm pretty satisfied with how that has worked. BUT... I tried to setup and sync this using a USB 3.0 port. Simply put, the MyHarmony software and the 650 didn't work with USB 3.0. I ended up pulling the computer tower out to access the USB 2.0 ports on the back. Once the Logitech USB cable was plugged in to the USB 2.0 port, the problems went away.

very nice to be rid of the multitude of remotes! Works well 99% of the time but every now and then goes off the deep end and needs to be reset - well worth the occasional effort

Very easy to set up. I bought this for a friend who is technologically challenged. He loves it and is able to just it easily.

We have had (and still use) 3 different Harmony remotes and they always work great. Setup is a breeze using the Harmony software and everything copied over from my old harmony that I now use in another room. Great products!

I have used this remote for several basic systems and it controls up to 8-devices on its own. Put all those other remotes away and control your system with just one remote.

The remote is great, especially if you have multiple peripherals tied together. We like having our TV sound through the stereo speakers, which all happens by touching 1 button!

Just recently purchased my second harmony for the bedroom, simply the best and most user friendly remote on the market. Hook it up to your CPU to set up and it's easy as 1,2,3. Also got a great deal on it, thanks Best Buy!

I am very happy with this purchase. By itself the remote is pretty good but once you learn how to use the software to program it, it becomes awesome. I would strongly recommend finding a tutorial on YouTube from techno dad link: https://youtu.be/hvqr7kn7KAQ watching this made the entire process completely obvious. I've been able to ditch five other remotes and automate a half-dozen process is exactly to my liking. Price is awesome too
