    I was able to toss 4 remotes after getting this working with my devices ... the only concerns i have is that my cable remote had so many more buttons than this one.. havent had time to figure out how to map them to the new one.

    Good quality, clicky buttons. Just a but big & I prefer to program using codes rather than connecting to a computer & going thru Harmony's steps, especially for macro functions. Got a INTESET remote instead which I prefer more.

    I was hoping it would be much easier to use. Touch screen often goes into help mode and it is very difficult and time consuming to get back to the original screen just to be able to change the channel. Maybe I'm just a little challenged by finger nails???

    I purchased this as a remote to control my Mitsubishi Tv, uverse box, Xbox and roku. It controls everything fine except the tv. I had an older harmony model that worked fine on this tv but this one never turns it off or on when using tv mode, it works fine for roku or Xbox mode which makes no sense. I have tried everything I can think of such as delays and order but still not working correctly The worst thing about this remote is that when you push a button it hooks under the remote case and sticks down and you have to get it to pop up. Very poor product compared to my older harmony
