    I went to the store to replace my current remote control for my TV which I purchased at BestBuy. I was told that the remote that I had is no longer available and another was recommended to me. That was all the help I got. When I got home, I realized that further help is necessary to implement this remote. BestBuy technicians were the ones that installed the first one and I did not have adequate information to use the new one I bought. It was frustrating. Now, I have to go back to Best Buy and see what I can do so that I can use this remote. I probably have to pay someone again to get this done. So, at this time, the new remote is sitting in its package - pretty much worthless!

    It works most the time. It is really sensitive and must be pointed directly at the tv for a few seconds. I would not buy this product again but for the price it does the job occasionally.
