difficult to program and hard to understand

Great idea but with issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a TV, home theater and cable box, so I got this control to replace all of them with one, I have some issue with the setup, 2 times the app hangs. (maybe my PC??) The biggest issue is when I try to use the button "watch tv" 2 of 3 times not work, with the assisted help on, the control ask me, it works? when I say no, the control do something "fix it self" and works!! I have use the auto fix many many times, so I ended returning the control.
