not happy with this as the letters are to small

My old Cox remote is so much easier.Would be nice to have Best Buy send me s description of each button.

Make sure you have it set up right

complicated setup and doesn't work consistently

Especially when switching between watching movies and watching TV, it doesn't automatically switch to the correct HDMI. I have to get up and manually switch it.

Sometimes it also doesnt switch inputs on the receiver or television. sometimes quite a hassle
