So full disclosure...I am not a tech guy so it's entirely possible that some of my issues are user related. We had a Samsung Smart TV with a Bose Sound system so we were operating off of two remotes and when the Samsung remote bit the dust we decided to consolidate and get the Logitech. The trouble we have is that it has never really worked consistently. It works eventually but it takes you through a trouble shooting loop almost every time because devices aren't responding as they should. When it works it's great but unfortunately that seems to be the exception.

It covers a wide range of units and has tons of features.

There is a big delay from pushing the buttons on the remote to actually having the channels change. I don't know why but it is hard to deal with.

Good remote, but you have to set it up with a USB connection plugged into a computer. Installing the Logitech software was pain, what should've been a quick set up took almost an hour.

This is the best invention since slice bread. Wonderful.

Replaced 5 remotes with this single remote. Works great.

I'm not intuitive and I think there are several buttons on this remote that may make life easier but pressing them without referring to the instructions doesn't help. The instruction booklet is next to worthless.

You do not need to be "tech savy" to use this remote.

Maybe I expected too much out of headphones that retail for $100. But these are not much of an improvement over my old Koss UR-40 phones, which are still available for about $40. Highs and mids are a little better.

Great to have 1 remote to operate all of my devices.

Good product makes home theater devices operations simple

I had trouble controlling my soundbar, cable box and TV at first. I paid for Geek Squad to come out and set it up, yet the soundbar still shuts off after turning on, requiring a manual start of the soundbar. The "help" setting on the remote would generally fix the problem, but was limited. You are required to disable and adjust certain features on your equipment before you can use this remote. I was unable to successfully get it to work with my google searches and Geek Squad has to come out for a second visit to resolve my issue again.
