It was easy to connect to my television but I still do not know how to operate it effectively! It can do so many things! I still don't know how to operate all of its features.

I tried and used it. I didn't care for it with all my toy gadgets. I had to connect to a computer to program the devices I have. I wish the remote was designed differently and be touch screen.

It works 'ok' for simple functions such as changing the channel or volume, but anything else, it's terrible. For example, if you want to get into the picture settings: you must press menu and wait a second for it to pull up. Click down 3 times and hit enter.. no wait... it didn't register that 3rd click and now you just selected Audio. After using it here and there to replace my TV's remote strictly for adjusting settings, I tossed it in the garbage. I don't understand the love for Harmony products.

my son talked me into buying this remote controller, not sure about using it for all the devices he set it up for, will keep practicing would not recommend it as worthwhile for the price

This remote hasn't been the easiest to operate. Programming was fine but now to turn things off and on I you have to click through so many buttons to make it work.

When we get it to work, it is quite good, but often we have problems getting it to work as it is supposed to. Additionally, you can't use it when you want to watch a DVD.

couldn't get the control programed they have better remote controls for a higher price i recommend any of those over this one

Only good if you never plan on updating your electronic equipment. Wont allow you to change device controls after a few months. Logitech support was also very unhelpful and seemed lost.

good except that often times you have to go through a bunch of buttons to trun thing on or off that didn't automatically do so on specified command. Fairly easy to control, easy to program

What I don't like is how the remote keeps resetting and U have 2 keep going thru a quick set up to use remote again. Not what I expected But fair for the price.

The remote has mostly buttons that aren't relevant. It is very finicky in that it has to be pointed at the T.V. exactly in order to work.

I check my mac mini was supposed to be compatible with this remote, however, it only works as a media control. Not able to power on/off the device.

The Beat Buy representative recommended this remote, I didn't realize you needed to program it online. With the sketchy internet I have it's not very conducive to my needs

The remote is not user friendly. You always have to push the help button to get tv working. I called Bestbuy and you need a laptop to try to correct the problem.

the buttons are very sensitive to the touch but i can not seem to get the volume to increase and decrease when i have it in dvr mode. the display is nice and big.

This thing is pretty over rated. If you want a harmony, either get the more expensive one or just buy a $20 remote of another brand. The remote requires multiple presses of buttons to get the devices to register anything, and all of the devices are out in the open, not in a cabinet or behind glass. Occasionally, the remote will throw up a help menu that makes you scroll though 20+ pages on the screen about learning the remote, and you can't use the remote functions until you page through it all. Talk about annoying!

It's better to buy the expensive one that programs itself. Unless you have all the time in the world to sit and map/program every single function.

The controller is capable of handling the main functions for the devices. It does not let me change the speaker settings for the receiver. I should have got the better model.

don't like the fact that you have to keep the remote pointed to the tv or otherwise it gets screwed up, I thought it would be easier to use.

I purchased this for a company event and it didn't go over really well. I guess people don't like thought of just 1 remote for all their items vs 5 remotes :/
