The remote is easy to program but doesnt seem to hold the programming

It works well, but was a little confusing when it would become unsync from itesm

This model was a pain to set up and be warned it will not be able to control your Amazon fire stick.

This is a very time consuming and complicated remote! Can be difficult to set up and intricate to control.

I was unable to get product to work with my Smart tv. Returned it for a full refund from Best Buy.

I am a tech savvy customer, and have a good background in computers, TV, and AV systems, and yet I am unable to get this remote to work . Thought I had it once and when I went to use it, it "Locked" up my system and it took me an hour to get my TV to go back on. Geek squad guy scheduled to come out and make it work..

Not able to provide a "sleep" function for Sony. Sony TVs & remotes however are just Netflix billboards.

Bought his so I could get rid of all my remotes and it did not work so well. Would not buy it again.

The Harmony 650 universal remote has not performed as expected. The set-up of the remote requires downloading a file from the internet, going through several steps including entering the model numbers of all devices, and indicating how each is connected for a given function (e.g. watching movie, listening to music. The set-up was time consuming. After set-up, the remote would not control my stereo amp. The "learn" function did not work. I emailed customer support, which did not respond till late the next day. In the meantime, the remote suddenly began controlling the amp. The remote operates correctly about 50% of the time. Even when it operates correctly, it takes up to a minute to completely cycle through the commands needed for an option (e.g. to watch a movie - turn on tv, turn on roku, turn on amp, select correct connections,...). While the remote is doing these steps you have to make sure it is pointed at the devices. It is quicker to simply operate the individual remotes for each device.

This remote has to many buttons but it does its job. But the quality used to make it is great. Feels great in hand.

Good remote dies the most basic things. Needed a better remote with a hub so I got the touch

Should have done my research before buying because all over the web people are living with he same frustrations I am. I have had it now for 4 months. Every single night at least once or twice if not more. Help Assistant turns on when you push a button, which makes you go push this button, then that button on and on, its basically a tutorial of how the remote works. THERE IS NO WAY TO TURN REMOTE ASSISTANT OFF. This is a big annoyance and a common complaint among users. Also as of last week the remote keeps turning itself off and wont restart. This apparently is also common and logitech has no fix (its related to the terminals in the battery compartment having insufficient contact with the batteries)

I used GEEK from Best Buy and it still took them over an hour to get everything configured. Recommend with caveats.

We are still trying to figure out how to use it. Not as easy as when the Geek squad showed us.

Does not keep its Program have to keep hooking back up to the computer and Sinking it up and then it works

What a disappointment!! I needed to get rid of the usual clutter of 3-4-5 remotes and consumer report went wild over this one.... a "highest rating" somehow (I was ready to plop down close to $300.00 for their bigger / better one). Baloney. This is the most aggravating thing I've had in a LONG while. I've been tempted to throw it at the TV several times; breaking both. It rarely works when needed. It RARELY works properly. The thing has to pointed DIRECTLY at what you want to control, so BEWARE.... it's not like my old remotes that I wanted to replace...... ones that I can operate in another room. This thing is ridiculous - I wish I could take it back. It's almost totally worthless.... I might still just run my car over the danged thing just for satisfaction sake!! It is WORSE than the remotes I was trying to replace because at least THEY work all the time!! I wish I could take this back! --an honest opinion; I hope it saves you $65 hard earned bux!!

Difficult to keep programming Not user friendly waste of 80.00

this remote is not user friendly; frequently i need to manually activate the components included in my set up

This was a redundant devise. My TV smart remote meets all my needs. I returned the controller.

It is ok product. earlier version harmony 670 was way better in configuring. I would not recommend to anyone.
