Great all in one remote for the money, even operates our Polk Sound Bar properly which until we purchased this was frustrating to use but is now a pleasure, works perfectly with all cable and satellite dishes

The setup was easy and forgiving. I made a few mistakes along the way and it was easy to backtrack and fix the errors. Took under an hour to read, understand, and set up a sound system, TV, DVD player, and cable box.

Easy to program. Excellent to use. Many options. It has accommodated all of my requirements. This is a first for a tv remote control. I have 8 devices and it recognized all of them (this also is a first). I love it.

This is the second Harmony remote that I have owned and love it. The setup is easy and the troubleshoot is fool proof. The remote works every time without fail.

I wanted to buy a remote to use in my new basement home theater. I was hesitant to buy a universal remote, because the ones that I have used in the past, never really worked correctly and they didn't have the functions that I needed for a full home theater. The logitech remote is so simple to use and set-up was not hard at all. I love the product so much that I went back and bought another one for my family rm theater. Great product and well worth the price.

This was my first programmable universal remote. Best thing is that my wife can now turn on and watch the TV without three remotes. She is happy...I am happy.

Once again, Harmony comes thru to save the day!! Ease of programming and ease of use, second to none!! Even used a $20 certificate for an even cheaper price!!

I love my Harmony, have multiple devices, DVR, surround sound stereo, DVD, etc and as long as everything is programmed into computer right it cuts down multiple remotes to ONE button and volume! Great invention!

Wish I would have gotten this years ago. We have 3 devices hooked up to our tv and always lost the remotes. Now with this 1 remote we can control them all our devices and even access each of their own menus. If someyhing isn't working correctly, we press the help button, it asks a couple of yes or no questions and fixes the problem for us. We haven't read the manual or even tried to find out everything this remote can do yet because it already meets all of our needs and is very self explanatory.

simple to setup and backup easy to use, only issue is if the tv and box time out from no active use. You have to use the power off button on remote (hiding sensor) then turn stuff on. but that is a small thing

I got the Logitec at the same time that I got the T.V. and the other stuff. It works great. Now I use one remote instead of several. It controls everything.

Purchased this remote for my Father who is 95. This replaced 4 other remotes he was using. Very easy to use after simple programming on the computer. Quick response to commands. My Father couldn't be any happier!

Love this remote. It was easy to set up and use. Programming it online was also easy. We have an older Bose Series 321 system and it had the code online no problem. Currently it is being used for two different rooms and works great choosing the activities button. It gets rid of multiple remote controls, so that you just need one. The only negative thing I have to say is the Duracell batteries that came with it only lasted a month. I've replaced them with new ones and we'll see how long they last.

Ideal for managing multiple devices and activities. Directions easy to understand on adding devices and determining activities. This is the 2nd one purchased, would definitely recommend. Worth the investment.

The batteries on my sound-bar remote were dying very frequently so i needed a new one. I had a lot of trouble finding one that could be programmed for to work with the soud bar until i got this one. Setting it up was fast and easy. I just connected it to my macbook and downloaded the app and it pretty much walked me through it. It works great.

My husband had some difficulty programming but their customer service personnel was very helpful. This universal remote controls everything and is easy to use.

Easy to setup. Works better than remote that came with cable box. Only thing stopping me from 5 stars is it is hard to him into. It slips out ok my hand easy.

I like how easy this was to configure. You save your settings online and easy recovery. It has a smart learning feature too. Good display. Very comfortable.
