I love this remote!!! We went from five remotes, down to one. All you have to do is press one button and it turns everything on to the proper settings. I am not a technology wizard and they make this so easy that I can use it. It was easy to set up too!!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This universal remote control has met all my expectations. It can easily control anything located in the living room. Logitech has an enormous database of devices that this remote can be programmed to control. If you can find this product on sale even better!

I saw this remote at a friend's home, and was impressed with it's versatility and ease of use. So, I bought two for my own home, and am pleased I did so. One remote replaced, in some cases, three remotes, and my wife is so grateful!

I bought this remote to replace an older Harmony remote that was just starting to fail me. Software is easy to setup on your computer, especially if you have Windows 7. Comes with USB cable for easy connectivity to your computer. As long as you know the model numbers of your electronics, the setup is a breeze. I have a fairly extensive setup with a Denon A/V Receiver, Blu-Ray player, cable box, power filter, and a HDTV. I have everything wired to the A/V receiver and only 1 HDMI running to the tv. This remote makes it a breeze to switch between watching TV, watching a movie, and listening to music. I also like the "HELP" feature the remote has. If you aren't pointing the remote at the setup when you press the "Watch TV" feature and it doesn't turn on the cable box, you can simply press HELP and it figures out which step it missed. This is great because you don't have to start over. I recommend this remote especially if you are using 3 or more remotes currently to get through you setup. Makes life so much easier!

I wanted a good universal remote with out breaking the bank. I also, didnt want to pay for a super cheap remote either, so I did some research and this was a great fit for what I was looking for and I havent been dissappointed yet.

Once you take the time to set this up properly, it makes life so simple - press one button and everything turns on exactly how it should be. No more dealing with 4 different remotes and trying to remember what input is what. Now it's one button on and one button off, done!!

This remote works just fine! Needed to tweak it a bit but in the end it works nicely with Sharp 60" LED, Directv HD DVR, Bose CineMate, and XBox 360. Just make sure to switch your Directv remote from RF to IR or else it won't work. Will add the PS3 later because I need an accessory for it.

This would be a fantasic remote and that's why I bought it. But I've been nothing but disappointed in the poor quality of this device. The biggest issue is they battery terminals have been replaces with a type of bent metal instead of the defacto springs found in all battery powered devices. This design means your remote will lose power when gently bumped, this causes the device to reset and lose the tv watching activity. You must then cover the device and enable the activity ensuring your systems don't get turned off by mistake. They have a great product concept, but they made it too cheap in parts. I bought a 550 last year, which didn't suffer from the battery bump problem. But it didn't take long before the volume and channel buttons broke, these buttons don't feel any different. Great product concept great supporting features, all around want this puppy to work but they cheap out on the materials.

I resisted purchasing this unit initially because of the price, but after two failed attempts at setting up less expensive remotes, I decided to give this one a try. It was so quick and easy to set up and I am now happy to have one remote for my devices!!! It is worth the expense!

I used to avoid universal remotes because I felt they were unneccesary. However, I picked this up on the recommendation of a friend, and I haven't looked back. This was really to set up, and I've been able to replace all of the remotes in my living room without losing any functionality.

Super easy to setup and use. Had to make it learn from my old remote and all of the instructions were easy to understand and made the whole process simple. The help function is a bonus when you don't get all the devices turned on when you push the button.

I bought it and set it up the same day, it went without issue and is the best purchase I have made for my home electronics. Some of my equipment is older but the remote had the software online and now my TV, DVD player, Receiver and blue ray are all on one remote easy to use and I am HAPPY.

First, these remotes are fantastic when programmed. They function very well and are durable enough to survive my children knocking them onto the floor from the couch. However, you do have to program them to operate everything correctly. This sounds simple. My first (upstairs) setup was just that. My movie room proved to be difficult. The online software did not work with my laptop. I had to install my disc from my first remote to program this one. I also had to manually enter "learn" every function from my original Samsung Blue Ray. I did not have to with my other remote. I dislike that the top buttons, including the occasionally needed help button, are not back-lit on this model. This may be a small concern but we are used to it from our first Harmony remote.

Made life much easier for us. Instead of having to use 4 remotes, we now just have the 1. Took about 1 hour to set up, but this time can be cut in half or more if you know where each component is plugged in. We liked it well enough that we bought one for my father for Father's Day.

A great inexpensive uni-remote. I now have 2 of them in separate rooms, and they both perform flawlessly. I am not unpleased with the battery life either.

Nice remote works well, but does not retain it's memory. I've had to reenter my devices a couple of times already after owning about two weeks. Otherwise, pretty good value if you can get it on sale but not at retail price. .

I love this remote it makes having severally devices easy to use with one remote, only thing I dont like is i seem to have to use the help button alot when turning the watch tv function on. Other then that its great

I got my device for Christmas last year and decided to get the unit for my kids. All of them love this device and the ease of set up. The fact that they operate multiple devices with one button is great. Thanks for making me a big hit with my grown children at Christmas! Barbara

Takes a little experimenting to get it set up correctly but once it is set up then sit back and enjoy the chair or couch you are sitting in. If it doesn't know the function of one of your remotes it will learn it. Replaced several remotes with it and have had no problems at all.

New Xfinity (XR-2 V u2) customer and surprised their remotes do not control anything more than TV. This remote was very easy to program with various age components and is easy to guess what buttons match up with proprietary component remotes. Range is excellent.
