I bought this to replace my old Harmony 880, which for some time was not keeping a charge on the cradle. Set up was fairly easy, but it seem if you accidentally hit the wrong button , it takes you out of the proper mode, and you are constantly hitting HELP. The upside of having replaceable batteries, so I don't have the previous problem, is a plus!

The screens are easy to use. Setup was easy For the random components not included in the database for set up, it's very easy to have the Harmony "learn" another remote. One button to rule them all.. if items don't start up as programmed in sequence the help menu is very easy to use. I find this does occur when switching from one function to another and then switching back to original function. all items do not sequence up accurately, but the help button takes care of that. I use it to control DVD/Surround/Stereo, TV, Satellite and PS2

I am so glad that we got this one. My wife loves it. It is so easy to use just point it to the TV and mash any dial and it will do what you want it to do. Its so smart. I love it.

I bought the remote about 2.5 months ago when it was on sale for $50. It was extremely easy to configure and has been very reliable to date.

I love this thing. It almost talks to me when things aren't quite right. And it asks nicely, "does that solve the problem?" So easy to use.

Overall great remote but wait for sale. I recommend over standard IR remotes. I hide my DVR and audio components and works perfect!

I don't normally write reviews, but I thought I should for this item. This remote is very easy to set up and works as advertised. I would definitely recommend it to others.

An amazing product, truly simplifies the home theater experience. It is super-easy to program and use, and can be easily adjusted once it's first set up.

Pros: For this price range & functions this is the only choice. Cons: The OK button is way too small. The rest of the buttons are smaller than normal. If you have to type text using the number key pad, the printed letters on the remote are very tiny and below the key so the text is covered by your finger(text on most remotes are above the key). Requires a lot of customizing to have the most used commands appear in the correct order. I had to use the old remotes to add missing commands. The Activity buttons that turn on/off devices & set the correct TV port never worked well. For me it is easier to use a cheap universal remote for the most common devices along with the manufactures well laid out remote for the complex devices. The other option is to move up to a very expensive remote. I did not find using or programing this remote convenient or simple also as you add devices you might exceed the five device limits.

This phone update model is better than the one I had before the buttons feel more firm and won't stay stuck when pushing down like the ones that were produced before

I had a friend program it for me & he said it was easy to do. The remote itself is great to use and I feel it has all the features of more expensive remotes without the cost.

I bought this Logitech Harmony remote for my husband as a Christmas present. He is very happy now that he has only one remote to control all of our components with our plasma TV.

If you are looking to declutter your living room or bedroom, this remote is a great place to start. I have two of them and would gladly recommend them for the price.

Makes it so much easier to use all of our equipment. My wife and I like it much better than having to fight with three different remotes to control the TV, DVD, game system.

my husband is a stroke victim and previously had 4 remotes, now the geek squad combined everything into one remote and he does not get confused as he did before. love it

This works as advertised. A must have for those who hate mulitiple remotes. Programing is easy. This remote should satisfy anyone.

I expected to get this on sale at Best Buy but the next day when I went to purchase it, it was off sale. Waited (forever) for assistance from someone with experience, he said that he had one & it worked great (even with his PS3). Got home & found out that it had to have an adapter for another 55.00 also from BB. I found the remote & a different brand adapter at another website both together for the same price I paid at Best Buy. I wouldn't be mentioning this, but the service was so bad that I was very disappointed. And of course they would not honor the sale price that didn't have an expiration date that I saw.

When i tried to set up the remote it was not easy. I couldn't get the tv, sound bar, and cable box to work together. It took a call to Logitech to get it straightened out. Now, everything works together. I like the flexibility of using the all off button and have everything but the cable box turn off. The only thing I don't like is if someone hits the wrong button it doesn't work right. It gets out of sync. You have to fix it using the HELP button and following the on screen prompts.

Found this remote to be so easy to use bought 70 yr old mother one for birthday. Can't imaging not having it now. Love design.

I use it to control a receiver, blu ray, directv, and home cinema projector. Super easy to use and toggle between the different settings. Haven't had any problems with it
