Excellent remote. Duplicates just about all functions of each component entered including the cable box.. Easy online setup. Four remotes now down to one. Good product.

LIke it a lot, especially if you do not have alot of devices connected to TV. Online interface is easy, and will always be there to download to remote if you need to.

Easy to program via the internet. Also, can assign other key functions as needed. Wife uses the remote with easy. Turn everything off or on with one touch of a button.

I really like this remote. No more time consuming changing imputs when using various componants. This remote makes usage of my TV and the various componants easy.

Overall, it works, and was far less expensive than most. So that’s great. Programming it online was a bit of a pain, but it beat trying to go through a dozen possible codes for each device and/or manufacturer. I have it configured to control a Samsung TV, a Vizio soundbar and a FiOS Quantum set to box. I bought two: one for each side of the living room. So here are my pain points: 1. It took 3 months for it to master the art of turning everything on with “Watch TV”. I always had to click “Help” and go through each device—to its credit, it ALWAYS fixed the issue. 2. If I use one remote to turn all 3 devices, the other remote wouldn’t do anything. Nice idea, but my husband is stuck using the FiOS and Vizio remotes. If he uses his remotes, the Logitech is useless. 3. Now and then, it thinks I’m using it for the first time. I have to go through the entire tutorial before I can actually use it. There are probably solutions or workarounds for these, but frankly I’m too lazy. Bottom line is, it works. And if you get it on sale at 30 bucks, it’s pretty hard to beat.

This remote is a must for those who wish for ease of use and functionality. Easiest thing to coconfigure. Feels good in hand and buttons are mostly in the right places.

The 650 remote is a great product, the only reason it is being downgraded here is Logitech's short-sightedness in preparing for the Christmas rush to their site to set up remotes. I wasn't able to program or use this gift until January 1st due to slow site access and the failed connections during the first 5 days attempting to set this up. You cannot program the remote without access to their site; its a brick until you can login and set up. They should have been on top of this.

It's nice to be able to control all my electronics from a single remote. It was much easier to set up than I expected.

This remote was recommended by the geek squad guys who wall mounted our new tv. Works great for both using cable box and smart tv functions.

Have had this product since mid-Dec 2010; so far it has performed very well - beyond my expectations. Setting up devices, once you know how, is then relatively easy,

Product works as advertised. Had some issues with the software when I first set it up as it would not connect. I D/L updated program and it resolved the problem. Would be nice it the item controlled more than 5 items. I did not want to spend the funds to move up to different remote. I'm happy with the purchase..... Would buy another one if this one stopped working and that say's allot!

Great overall product. Features are many and useful/practical. There is one function that it simply doesn't want to remember, but overall it works well and as designed. The number pad for changing channels should have been located higher on the remote. Changing channels is used the most out of all functions, so placing the number pad in an easier to use location would have been good. I have to use both hands to enter numbers, or I would lose grip on the unit.

This is a great Harmony Remote. I picked it up on Black Friday for $30. It is really easy to set up and easy to use. My kids love it because you can use color icons for your favorite channel buttons on the screen, so they can see the familiar icon for their favorite channels and use the remote to turn to that channel. It does use 2 AA batteries that have to be replaced every couple of months. I wish it had a charging dock like the Harmony One, but that's not a game changer. If you can pick this up on sale at a good price, it's a great Universal Remote.

My first adventure into a 'smart remote', and glad I chose this one. Don't need to try a lot of codes - configure it on line, upload it, and use it - great!

Best remote I have ever had. Actually controls things the way I want! Battery life could be better...Still, it is definitely the best purchase to make.

I don't know if I would have bought it had it not been on sale but it was a great buy. It was easy to set up for my theater and haven't had any problems.

I've been very impressed with Logitech peripherals until now. It sets up easily enough but even with Logitech support this remote could not control some of my peripherals - mainly a LG BD570 bluray player. The combination of things I was using were Denon receiver, Panasonic Viera 50" plasma, LG BD 570 bluray, Wii, and older Samsung dual deck DVD/VCR. I returned this product.
