I put off buying a universal remote for years thinking that they were a hassle and not worth the money. This Logitech proved me wrong! It was very easy to set up with the My Harmony software on my Windows 10 PC and the one-touch "activity" buttons are fantastic! With the Xbox one, it really enhances streaming video apps and DVD/Blu-ray playback which are difficult to manage with the game controller. The remote works equally well with my older 5.1 receiver and 2016 TV. Highly recommended!

I had heard lots about the Harmony line of devices. It worked very well. Set up was easy and straight forward. Would buy another one again in the future.

I love the harmony remote. Its great and very user friendly on set up. I do wish that it could reach a little further with devices. Good product.

When I switch to play a movie it doesn't change the input of the TV correctly so I need to use the TV remote. Also on my other TV it won't turn off the TV correctly some times. The last thing is that there aren't always comparable buttons from the factory remote to the Logitech. (i.e. Back button & last channel. Everything else seems to work well and consistantly .

Granted, I had not used a universal remote in years, but this Harmony remote has blown me away. A friend recommended it, and I could not be happier. I've been using the remote to manage 5 devices for at least a month, and I have yet to reach for any other remote. I'm watching my huge Samsung TV via U-Verse, Blu-ray player, XBox, and listening to my new Pioneer receiver all with ease. Even the DVR and On Demand functionality is there. I love how the screen on the remote turns on when it detects motion, and its buttons are the best lit I have ever seen.

Universal remote coordinated all of the systems and eliminated the need for 4 remotes. It is so easy even i can use it and I am tech illiterate

The remote would get 5 stars if the 'old' harmony software can be used (Harmony 7.7 in the case of my Mac). Any new remotes have to use 'myharmony' software which is much less intuitive than the older software. The setup on the new software takes about 3 - 4 times more time and effort to do and I'm an IT professional. As a result this will be my last Harmony unless Logitech goes back to the old software.

I love this remote, I actually have two of them. Programming is super easy via computer. My only issue has been that when it receives any shock, the battery contacts will disengage just long enough to make the remote reboot (thereby not letting you control your devices until restarting the activity--which can turn off everything if you do not cover the IR port of the remote with your hand)

Was great till the buttons started failing. The play button doesn't work anymore, the number buttons kind of work if you press real hard. The software works great, it's the hardware that failed after a few years,.

Remote worked fine for a while then the channel up button quit working. . Was using it with a ant so only received about 20 channels so no big deal just used channel down all the time. Then the watch tv got to where it wouldn't turn the Onkyo surround sound on anymore with the tv. . Now the Volume up button has stopped working. Will be getting a new remote sometime soon and it won't be another one of these.

The Logitech Harmony 650 has done a great job of replacing all of the remotes we were using. With the online programming, it could not be easier.

This remote works with all of my devices. Much to my surprise it works with my Apple TV & my Roku upstairs. Easy to learn.

I purchased this remote because the remote for my Bose Cinemate System had disappeared. It was so very easy to set it up for all my electronics!

I really like the idea and the execution is good, but the remote always seems to "forget" to turn off at least one device consistently. Easy to remedy with the help button, but I don't think it should have to continue to relearn every time. Same for the mute button. Can't get it to kick in. I like it a lot, just wished it would work seamlessly every time...

A breeze to set up, use and enjoy. A remarkable database of remote codes. I have a dvr that hasnt been made in years that it had. Love this thing!

I replaced an older model of Logitech Harmony remote with this one and so far so good. It works well and the range of the remote is good for most scenarios. However, it could be a bit easier to navigate through and the range/strength of the remote's signal could be stronger since it may sometimes not turn an equipment on/off when I have the remote aimed at the entertainment area. Overall, a good remote but could be improved on.

Great remote! It is so nice to have one remote that actually works on every piece of equipment I own. Easy set up, great one button operation.

In the past I had a cheat sheet to watch TV, DVD, play music or record. Now I only have to use one simple remote and no cheat sheet needed.

I have two of these. The remote is a great product and I love using mine! People that don't understand that you have to have patience and keep the remote pointed at the devices while changing functions will have problems. For some, it may be difficult to resync after it loses sync. I did have a problem with batteries becoming loose in one of them. After bending the contacts to hold the batteries correctly, I had no more problems.
