The remote is easy to use and setup. The only negative is it seems to have to fix turning off/on often. But it does fix itself.

I first bought a 3 device universal remote and then realized that I needed it to program more devices, I bought this remote and it is so easy to set up, was even able to program my fan to it! I just set it up on the computer, and its so intuitive, it helped with the model numbers, synced the remote and less than five minutes later, I was happily using it. The ease of use and setup cannot be stressed enough, I highly recemmend!

I bought this remote to replace a Harmony remote that has been in continuous use for almost 10 years. It is simple to operate and program. Harmony remotes are well supported and 'just work'.

Bought it on sale for $40 to use on my new vizio M651d-A2R. The remote reception on that TV is horrible. This remote didnt fix my problem. However, the remote did allow me to get rid of my second remote used for my sound bar. The online interface makes set up and changes so so easy. I would have given 5 stars but the buttons sometimes stick in the down position, which is annoying.

This is my second Logitech universal remote - the first one is still in use in the den. This newer model (650) is even easier to program, and it works great for my AV receiver, TV, and NetFlix.

This is my second Harmony 650 remote in 5 years. First one still working, but seems like it eats AA batteries pretty fast as it has aged. Of course the buttons with 5+ years of use have gotten unresponsive , but hey normal wear and tear gets the best of most things in life. It's a good remote for the price that BB offers it from time to time.

I have owned other Logitech all-in-one remotes and even other Brand universal remotes, but this one is by far the easiset to setup and operate.

In operation for a couple months now and is working as advertised. Best Buy techs set it up for me so up can't address ease if set up but the "help" feature has been able to self-correct any issues I have had so far, like a piece if equipment not turning on with other equipment when it should. Just hit the help button! Only issue is the buttons are pretty small so if you have big fat fingers or your eyes aren't what they used to be., in a dark media room be sure to have your glasses handy and/or a small flashlight to assist (the buttons do glow, however!)

I have purchased many remotes that claim to make things easier. But the fact that I can program functions into my remote is awesome. And when things go wrong, it guides me through fixing itself.

Universal remote turns multiple devices at once so now my wife can watch tv in the home theater. It also sets the proper settings so she need not know which input to choose for each unit. Easy to train the remote by hooking it up to your computer and connecting to the Internet. I don't need it, but it could be great for your spouse or an elderly non tech savvy friend.

Easy to setup and use.. good inexpensive universal remote

The Harmony 650 is even better than anticipated. It was fairly easy to set up and it works like it is supposed to. I am very pleased with this purchase. It's great just using one remote now!!

This remote is really good at controlling most of your devices (I have a PS3 which needs a special unit to be controlled by the Harmony remote).

My previous harmony remote had some buttons fall off after about 10 years of use. This one has a few more functions and is easy to program

I’ve had Logitech universal remotes for years and love them. This one is a basic model that can control more devices than most will need. It will not work through cabinet doors (needs direct sight to devices) and uses batteries instead of charger but aside from those two things this remote is great (easy to program and use).

I got this remote for a new TV. It was very easy to set up nd use. If you want to get rid of the factory remotes laying around go and get one of these.it works with all the devices I use.

Purchased this remote to replace 4 separate remotes. It was set up by an tech I hired but seemed easy to program. It's also smart enough to troubleshoot itself when it (rarely) malfunctions.

I bought 3 of these remote and I haven't had an issue with any of them. Simple to setup with the computer app and worked fine with multiple different brands, Sony, Samsung, LG, Denon, etc.

Super easy to program and set up! Works great just don't let someone use another remote it will change the sync but that's easy enough to fix.

I was looking at several universal remotes and initially thought a "learning" remote was probably the best technology. I was wrong. The setup on the harmony was logical and easy. And best of all, it worked all equipment, in the proper order, the first time. Did not have to tweek it at all. Also turned on projector, and receiver, even though not located in same area.
