A good remote so far, had it for almost 2 months. Bought it to replace my Harmony 510 remote which I picked up refurbed and lasted 2 years, the down button finally stopped working.... I do have to hit the help button more than I think I should when switching between different functions.....We'll see.

I got this to simplify my TV watching and eliminate the stack of remotes I have beside my chair. While it's done that, it's not a seamless solution. It works probably 80% of the time with it failing to turn on one of the components the other 20%. The help menu quickly corrects the problem but its still something that shouldn't happen. You have to dig out the model #'s for whatever it is you want it to control and set it up online, this took about a week to get right. Don't expect it to be working 15 min after you get home. It feels good in your hand but the common buttons you'll use most of the time are at the bottom of the remote making it awkward to use one handed. It does its job most of the time. It's not good enough to WOW! you however it will let you put some of the pile of remotes you have in the drawer.

Just what I was looking for...went from 3 remotes to one. No complaints!

I've had a lot of challenges syncing and programming the remote. I'm using Windows 10 and while I can't swear that's the reason, I have to put the remote into "safe" mode in order to complete a programming sequence. Otherwise it doesn't go all the way through.

This is by far the best remote I have ever had. It replaces 3 of the remotes that I was using. Setting it up took about 20-25 minutes. After that it is a breeze to use. This is also the first universal remote that has ever worked with my Bose Lifestyles system. I love that you can choose the activity that you want to do with the touch of one button. A must have!

After setup, it is a 1 button push to watch TV or a Movie. Very simple.

you have to be right in front of the system to trun everything on. my old harmony 510 you could be off to the side. this is the most annoying aspect. It is also slower in responding with the receivers than my other 2 harmony remotes.

This remote is great, you can set actions so with a press of a button your TV turns on, changes channels to DVD player and also turns on your DVD player. The only reason I gave it four stars is that it can only handle 5 devices.

This is a fairly simple remote to use with multiple items on it.

The remote is easy to set up using your computer and it works great.

Like many reviewers have already said this thing takes about an hour to set up. Once you do though, this remote shows you why it's so highly rated. The battle to teach my wife which remote turns on which device is over!! It even has cool features like a "watch tv button" that will turn on my receiver and my tv with the touch of a button! Love this remote!!!!

We got this remote for my older parents. I'm pretty tech-savvy but I had trouble setting this up. And you can't customize the main menus. The remote also doesn't have a backlight which is frustrating. We got a great deal on it, though. I'd recommend at least this level or higher.

Great, cost effective way to go down to 1 controller for your TV, PS3, blu-ray, cd player, receiver, etc. I prefer the replaceable batteries to the rechargeable - that was my only complaint about my previous (higher end) Harmony Remote. Great buy without breaking the bank!

Excellent remote except for one thing. If your thumb is any larger than that of an infant you will have difficulty selecting the "OK" button without accidently hitting one one of the surrounding arrow buttons.

I really wanted one remote to replace the TV, Blu Ray, Wii, and receiver remote for my husband. The set up online took more than an hour. Its seems to do what it should most of the time-you may still need to use the on screen display, choose the media, and turn it on or off or change the volume. But for the most part everything turns on and off at the same time like it should. One really bad thing: if you drop it on the floor say like when you are laying on the sofa it seems to "stun" it and it takes a while to respond. Part of the reason I drop it is because you have to hold it more toward the bottom to get to the number pad so its top heavy. If the numbers were in the center it would balance in your hand much easier. But a lot of remotes are set up this way.
