I went from 3 remotes to 1. Easy to set up and use.

I am very happy to only have 1 remote .. Not totally set up , as I can't figure out why the home theater shuts off once you start in watch TV mode. Tried to get on Logitech website (my harmony) and had a difficult time getting online to receive HELP

Concept is very good and setup really not to cumbersome. Works most of time as intended. Sometimes will miss one device out of three which is a little inconvenient. Better that manual nevertheless.

Purchased this remote on sale for ~$60 to control my TV, Soundbar, cable box, and Apple TV. The set up did not take more than 5 minutes on the computer and after a few initial operating adjustments, the remote controls all my devices perfectly. Bye bye previous four remotes, here come the Harmony!!

The remote should verify that it can access access all the devices before it starts turning on/off any of the devices. For instance, if a table or object is obstructing the remote from one device, it should not start turning on ANYdevice.

Remote looks great, works like a charm. But you cannot reset the remote. I've tried to sync the remote with the desktop app, does not want to update. Reinstalled the app, but without a factory reset, won't work.

I can control all my 5 devices from one controller! Lights up, easy to navigate through the small LCD screen. First time it was a little complicated to set up my devices and the "Activities" but I got the hang of it and now its easy to sync it and just update it whenever I need to with my Mac

Can't say how long it will last, but the setup was easy, straight forward and worked right out of the box. First review I have done. Worth it and was very intuitive and customizable. Great product, one that finally worked as advertised.

For the number of devices needing to be managed in a normal household, this is great. It's fairly easy to set up and even program in the steps needed to handle individual device quirks. Once the battery connection became dislodged and the remote failed to work until it was reconnected. Panic!

It is great for TV, surround sound, cable box, and blue ray player. My problem is it did now have enough space for the Viera cast on my Panasonic tv. It gets complicated to use with it. This may not be the case with other tv's.

I had a Harmony 510, and after several drops, well, you can guess the rest. So I bought the Harmony 650, and it works just as well as the 510. It took a while to learn the new functions. And now I am up and running just fine.

maybe it's just me ... I still find myself picking up the other remotes - it seems faster to get to do what I set out to do. Some features of a product you need to use that products remote. This one is ok ... helps reduce clutter ... but for the money - it's not that great. Does make an interesting conversation piece though ... and makes you look smart and modern until you use it. Don't get in a hurry if using this ... takes time to learn it and adjust to it. Because of the price - I would not recomend this.

Once I was able, with help, to get around all of Logitech server & other problems. The remote works great once it was programmed. I had to call back several times & was on the phone for hours trying to program the remote.

I really like the Logitech Harmony 650 universal remote especially with the great ergonomics, and color LCD screen. The 650 has excellent button layout and overall design for easy intuitive web programming, This is my 2nd Harmony series and love both!

I bought this remote so I wouldn't have to switch device buttons on the Time-Warner remote to change volume, ect. It was real easy to set up this one on-line, but it didn't have my Panasonic Blu-ray player code. So I have to use it's remote for most everything with it. I've had this Harmony 650 for about 4 months and it's broken. The volume button only turns down the volume, doesn't want to turn everything on or off, part of the time. I've updated, ect. to no avail. There's got to be something better.

This is just the third of Harmony remotes in the house. One for the living room and now one for each bedroom. It's so nice to not need to use 3 remotes just to watch movies and TV with the entertainment system.

I bought this unit on a "deal of the day" for $40, so the price was right. It set up fairly easily using the online setup. Once you gather the make and model numbers of your components and enter that info into the set-up utility, it does all the work. Pretty simple. The problem we've had is that it doesn't always operate those components the way it should. We've often had to use the help button to get some components turned on or off when the "one touch" button didn't work as it should. It's aggravating, but not so much that I would go back to having 5 remotes on the table.

This remote is a rock star.... The GEEK SQUAD installed our whole room setup. Then they suggested this Harmony 650, instead of having to use 4 different remotes. They programmed all our components into this remote and " VOILA " there it is. We love this remote.

Great universal remote that controls all my devices with only the exception of the PS3, but only because that is Bluetooth only and not IR. It was able to control the basic tv, sound bar and blu-ray player as well as the apple tv, room lights and mac mini.

I'm normally a big fan of Logitech products, but this remote control has been nothing but a pain since I purchased it. It will not turn on my Time Warner DVR. It's always a six or seven button push exercise just to get my tv and dvr on together at the same time. No matter how many times or ways I reprogram it, it just won't work the way it's supposed to. On the plus side, it seems pretty durable, having endured several slams and drops on the floor. I should have returned it a long time ago and picked up a different model.
