Really a great remote. However. Be sure to have technician review all the features with you. A little difficult at first, so take notes til you get used to it. Once you understand, it is terrific.

I have owned three of these Logitech remotes. All of them started degrading in performance after 1 1/2 years of use. You will see buttons on the remote quit responding and/or the entire remote quit working even though its fully powered/charged and the screen responds. The idea and initial functioning of the remote is good, but if I pay $70 to $300 for a remote I expect it to last at least 10 years, not 2.

I purchased this product to replace a remote control unit from a original manufacture's system, because it has key's and not a touch screen. This has worked out well as many of the programs that I use require input for names and passwords. However my main system only works part of the time with this remote unit. I still need two remote units, which is down from four. I will continue to try to figure out the rest of the puzzle.

The online setup is good. Had to reprogram some keys with the old remote to assign the correct procedure. Once all the programming was done it worked perfectly. For the price, it is the best.

Battery's won't stay connected to terminals...I'm on my second one replaced from them...I now put pieces of paper in between them cause its the only way the wont loose the connection,just the slightest bump and it restartes...read else where you will find the same problem..

design on remote is comfortable to hand and easy to program online. Only issue is some buttons do not light up.

we have had 3 logitech remote controls. the 2nd was a 310 model (i think) and we didn't like it for several reasons. This one works great, very responsive and it has raised buttons.

had to have geek squad come out after set up of complete system to go over remote a second time. difficult to learn at first.

This is a super remote UNTIL IT DIES. I have owned two of them in the last year (13 months) and both of them just suddenly quit working. After six months, each of them got stuck on "if any devices are still on, press help" and will not do anything else. I love the way it controls all my devices but I will not spend that much money AGAIN on a product that doesn't even last for six months.

Anyone with any kind of home theater system or multiple units requiring a remote must experience one of these Smart Remotes. Just wish I would have purchased a long time ago.

Hard to program remote but once it is programmed it is user friendly.

The remote allowed me to eliminate 4 remotes, so I couldn't be more happy. Digital screen actually allows you to control functions most less expensive universal remotes do.

This was the second Logitech remote I have owned, the first lasted until the rechargeable battery failed, Set up was easy, just like my old one, and was easy to use. Just quit working. And the Logitech "help" folks were no help.

This isn't the best remote on the market, but you can't beat the price! It does what it says it does!

Great remote except some of the functions have already had to be reprogrammed a second time in less than 2 months of use.

Great priced remote for the smailly family unit with simple set ups. Super easy set up...takes virtually no time at all.

I've had this remote for a few months now. It's got a lot of potential to be a great product, but I have to give it a mediocre review because the software you have to use to set it up is incredibly frustrating. It's called MyHarmony, and first off you have to create an online user ID and password--for a remote control! The software is not terribly user friendly, the interface is confusing and the process is unclear at best, the software is constantly freezing, having an error that requires it to close, and always has trouble syncing (which it needs to do to close out the programming process). The worst thing is I recently tried to change some of the buttons, when I went back to the software and logged in with my user ID and password (again, silly), all my customizations and settings were gone and now I have to either not make any changes and leave it as-is, or start all over from scratch. I would not recommend this product and will likely return it.

Only issue is sometimes the all on or all off switch doesn't work if not perfectly still during power on / off process

the best one remote to replace 5 other remotes. nice lcd screen. plugs into laptop to down load the other remote functions. get the geek squad to set it up.
