Bought this for Christmas for the g/f, who constantly has trouble getting the entertainment system back to where she can watch TV after The Teenager and/or I have been playing games. Setup was pretty easy using the web interface, but the unit never worked right. It'd turn some devices on, others off, at exactly the wrong times, and no amount of "fixing" using the in-device help would correct it. I came to discover that other users have the same problem with this model. After many attempts at reconfiguring the device we couldn't get it to control our system correctly and returned it. We're much happier with three or four separate remotes than we were fighting with this thing to get it to do something useful reliably.

Nice, but only OK relative to what else is out there. This only support up to 5 devices which can go quick. You may have a 1) TV/projector, 2) DVD/Blu-Ray, 3) Cable/Sat STB, 4)A/V Receiver, and 5)Game player and your tapped out. Other Harmony remotes seem to offer more flexibility and were easier to program.

Fits the hand well. Most of all very easy set up. Over all a great remote.

I never knew how much I really needed this device. Before I had 4 remotes. Now I only need 1. Great product.

I had such high hopes for this remote, but it's been a bit of a disappointment. After a lot of work, I got it set up so that when I hit "Watch TV," it would turn everything on, set everything but the Pioneer Receiver to the right input, and then -- when i hit the help button -- set the receiver to HDMI 2, which made everything work. That's at least one more button click than I think should be necessary, but I got used to it. However, reprogramming is a nightmare. I switched out BluRay players, set it up again for the new one, and now nothing works. I'm about to throw it out and get something else. I know lots of people say it works perfectly, and I have no reason to doubt them, but this has been a bit of a disaster for me. Hope you have a better experience if you buy it.

It's good but it's not easy for people don't use electronic everyday

The 650 is easy to setup, but it has a strange way to show the devices involved. Unfortunately the devices can only be deplayed by the model number of the device, and not by a generic name such as 'TV', or DVD'. Thus a confusing user interface...until you get used to the strange names...

It works my smart TV , Bose speakers, and cable. It has made life so much easier!

The Geek Squad did not do the final activation of my HDTV - DirecTV was offline at the time. I am sure the Geek Squad professionals could have done more to calibrate my system. I have no way to know if there are features I am not using. I will have to learn by trial-n-error.

Have had the older Harmony remotes, but like the newer versions that do not need the charger.

Great, I set it up for my 90 YO Mom and no complaints yet

It changes the inputs on the tv and amp based on what you want to watch. That's pretty cool.

Works great. My wife and children can now watch a Blu-Ray without having to come get me.

This unit did not auto setup my electronics as promised. I had bought another one several years before and did not use it and just threw it in the basket. I returned this one as it would not recognize my cable box (Pace) and was way too confusing to setup.

I still have not learned everything yet. I need to sit down and let husband show me.

Was recommended by Ray (Geek Squad tech) found it to be very easy to program and use.

It's nice not to have to use four different controls when one will do the job.
