Worked wonderfully initially but after 2 months it keeps restarting. Not impressed and am about to return it.

WORST remote I have ever had. It keeps resetting, so you have to go through the whole setup process to change the channel, or adjust the volume, or turn it off or on. We have used the website numerous times to recalibrate, and have contacted support at Logitech several times, to no avail. I just pitched it. We had a Logitech Harmony Universal remote before, and it worked beautifully. This thing was a nightmare.

This was suppose to be the "bees knees" when it comes to a universal remote. However, short of being a programmer yourself, the average American is better off with 3 remotes! Spent an hour on the phone with Logitech support trying to get this thing to turn on the TV! Now have to have someone come out to reprogram. Ummmm...just want to watch TV people. Not a fan. Waste of money and time. DO NOT BUY!!!

The HELP button real works well to fix and turn on devices - but I have to use it 50% of time. Buttons easily stick down

Trying to set-up now but suddenly "server error". Tried to log-in for the past 30mins and getting the same server error.

This item didn't work with my Sharp 70 inch 3D HDTV and Sony Bluray home entertainment system. I had to return it.

I had the 650 for 2 months and the volume down button has already quit working. The unit works well but the construction is sub par. I like the unit but I bought this to replace remotes which had died, but at least they had lasted for at least a year. For the money this thing cost, it should last longer than 2 months and spending more money on an extended warranty is a poor substitute for quality,

By far, the slowest most inaccurate remote I have ever used. You must keep the remote pointed at the TV or sound bar for up to 30 seconds before it is completely activated. It is so delicate that the slightest bump freezes the options and one must turn all off , than back on to "unlock" the remote options. Cannot compare to Xfinity remote.

every day it is out of sync, must turn off and start again. while pausing it refuses to continue and I am forced to go back to my old remote to continue. I spent a lot of money for a very poor product. My expectations were that I could do away with my 3 other remotes but I don't dare and they are my go to remotes when this one chooses to not function properly which is almost daily.

Long time Harmony remote user very disappointed. Sounds like a small nitpick thing but EVERYTHING with a Harmony remote revolves around Activities. My previous Harmony remotes all had the ability to manage the order of the Activities (put frequently used ones first). Logitech has ruined this remote by dropping this feature. I will be returning this remote.

It does not allow you to program your playstation. Most of what you can do you can do with a cable box remote

It has developed a mind of it's own. worked great for 6 weeks and now it returns to set up mode frequently, resulting in Zero functionality and tv shows being automatically turned off. I am returning this to the store and I want my money back.

This is the second Harmony that I have had and both lasted about two years and quit. Expensive remote if you have to buy them ever two years, Going to try somthing else.

Before you rip this out of the box, be careful with that packaging...because more than likely, you will be returning it. Several of my friends and I had problems getting it to work with all devices. We've all since returned the remote. Maybe the more expensive remotes work better? Good luck!

With a complete list of all our devices model number and s/n it was still a nightmare to program. We also used our devices original remotes for the advance programming. We still can not get the Harmony to all the functions of the original remotes. I guess now that we can not put a man on the moon is the reason we can not get a remote to work here on earth.

I purchased 2 of these remotes to reduce the use of multiple remotes on 2 TV's in my house. Unfortunately, I had issues with both and the customer service (for Logitech) was terrible and ultimately unable to correct and did not follow-up with me as promised. Do not buy this product if there is any question your devices will work with these remotes.

DO NOT BUY THIS REMOTE!!!!!!! I got this about four months ago (it march 18 2012 now) and i thought this remote great at first but every so often you have to reset the WATCH TV setting on the remote. Plus you only can have two activities which are watch tv and music and if you are a gamer you can't set up a activities to play game.

I have had this for over one year and almost daily I have to go to the help menu to get the "thing" properly working. Plus, try accessing the Harmony website which I recently had to do to update a new DVR unit. I was 2 plus hours doing this. Their website is not user friend at all and I AM NOT a novice with a computer.

I gave up on this device. It was impossible to set up. For a simple configuration it might work however; I have 5 devices channeled through my Pioneer receiver including Samsung 3D TV, FIOS box; 3D Blu-Ray Player, CD Mega storage. I also found the display confusing. So, don't believe everyone's review. I finally returned it to BestBuy.

I had to give it one star because Best Buy won't take a review with no stars. Since you have to connect this unit to a computer you have to be able to do that. I ried 6 differnt usb ports and two different machines with two operating systems. Going back to the store tomorrow.
