It was a little bit difficult to program, but finally it worked, for the TV / DirectV / Surround Sound. The Blu-Ray setup worked but I had to struggle to get it back to TV mode. After about 18 months the numeric keyboard failed.

I bought this remote thinking that for the higher price, it would work well, and would be a nice addition to my home theater system. Instead, it is a worthless piece of junk! I'm going back to using my five individual remotes, because they work! I'm just going to throw this thing in the garbage!

Battery contacts no longe reach batteries. Will return for replacement.

After a while the functions stopped working appropriately. Some things like the TV volume should always work while watching a DVD, but it doesn't. I have to select the specific device all the time for simple functions. The harmony I was expecting is not there. Very disappointed.

I had so many issues with my first one and Best Buy finally replaced. New remote is not much better than the previous one. Continually need to use help function to turn tv and dvr on. Functionality such as volume will stop working randomly. I strongly advise against pruchasing.

It has a ton of great features. Too bad they don't work. I have had the remote for three months and it has never worked properly. I have spent countless hours on my own and on the phone with tech support trying to get it to work properly.

I have had multiple problems with Harmony remotes that use batteries. They only seem to last about a year. Buttons stop working or the remote just dies, and they eat a lot of batteries. Get one with a recharger. They seem to last a lot longer.

This apparatus is totally bogus. It will not set up with my Dish Network so what good is it. It is just an expensive item to play movies with. I will return it and buy a cheap version at WalMart that does sync with my satellite setup.

I bought this to consolidate multiple remotes from well known brands (Toshiba, Panasonic, Onkyo). Unfortunately it doesn't properly work with my toshiba tv. After a few days it lost all its programming and it now a brick

This is by far the worst, most glitchy remote I have ever used. From day one it never worked correctly. I am assuming that it just this one that I received, as I own 2 other logitech remotes and both work perfect.

Spent hours with level 1 tech support trying to get remote to control cable tv. Finally recommended to level 2 tech support. I have waited 5 days for a return call. Nothing. Frustrated and disappointed.

I tried for 3 days to set this up to use for my father. The profile would never load onto the remote. This is apparently a common problem of the 600 series. Shame on Logitech for not addressing this.

When I bought this I thought it would replace my TV, Cable, and DVD controls. Come to find out, it just added a step to each of these. Total waste of money. Logitec should stick to mice!

The server is down all the time now, since the 25th November. Cannot set up remote without getting online to their site, so a complete waste of time. Please don't buy this.

Complicated to program. You would have better luck untagling a pile of coat hangers than programing this worthless remote. save your money!

I have to program this remote daily for it to work. If you are looking for simplicity this is not the one to buy.

This remote did not work so had to take it back and trade for another. So far can't get the new one to work either. Not happy.

I purchased this and tried to set my devices and the software would never complete the installation.
