I got this remote instead of having 3 or 4 different ones. The geek squad programmed everything into it for me. Once you get used to it and where everything is. It is fantastic..

it does everything and controls everything even old vcr's. and those satalite boxes nothing controls this one does it. and the help button is wonderful it fixes all problems.

This remote is awesome and it helps you with everything along the way in terms of setting it up and adding more devices to it.

This remote is amazingly simple to set up and use. So far, it works great. I own the Harmony One as well - truthfully, I like this one better at less than half the price.

Received one several years ago as a gift. Recently needed another one for my cottage and the product is as good as before. No need to look further this remote does everything.

I recently added a soundbar to my television and not being able to set it up to work with my cable box remote finally prompted me to purchase a decent multifunction remote. The online setup was easy and while it's taken me a little bit to get used to how the remote functions logically it was worth the effort. All the devices I have work well with the remote as do the smart functions for my TV. The only negative for me is a lack of a "page" button for my on screen guide but I'm sure I can use the learning function to program one of the rocker buttons to that function. Overall I'm very happy I purchased this remote.

Takes a bit to get use to, otherwise so nice not to have to use several controllers when wanting to do things other than watch tv.

I have to admit this is our second Harmony 650 remote... but not because it has anything to do with how it works. We loved our first remote so much that when ours was involved in an accident (accidents happen) we couldn't think of replacing it with anything else. Love ALL the features (ok, I really do wish the screen was a bit bigger but i guess that comes with old age?) I would DEFINITELY recommend this to anyone.

This was an excellent purchase and is extremely easy to use. Now everyone in the household is able to turn on the TV or other components without having to use multiple remotes.

I bought this remote for the bedroom. I already have the Harmony RF in the living room. There is a reason the Harmony is so much more expensive it it much more programmable to interact with out having to do the manual change. IE moving to TV before you can change the volume. Although for the price this is an excellent remote

Logitech has thought it through from every angle. I purchased this to operate my Samsung television, Samsung audio bar with woofer, Sabrent HDMI switch box, XBOX ONE, XBOX 360, and Verizon cable box. This remote works flawlessly at controlling all these devices. The only thing I wish this let me do was to choose the order of powering up devices. Setup via their PC program was smooth. Nice feature not noted is the internal switch that turns on remote lighting when you start tilting towards you to view.

Loaded the software from Logitech, followed the instructions and in about 30 minutes had multiple functions up and running.

I like this remote. Makes turning the equipment on a lot easier. I only wish that the buttons and font were a little bigger.

If you are looking to consolidate the number of remotes you have then this remote is perfectly fine. Are you looking for a perfect remote... look for something else; likely more expensive. This remote works just fine. With regards to its IR blaster, it is better than the remote that came with our Vizio TV which had to be zeroed in to the sensor or it wouldn't work properly. This remote has no issues at all with that. The remote is customizable which is nice but you have to customize it through your computer which can be a bit of a pain, especially when you are trying to set it up or when you realize midstream that you need to change one button. It has a good mix of options for apps on your TV which is nice, but if you use some other sort of streaming box you could lose some functionality by switching to the Harmony like headphone jack and voice search. So I wouldn't suggest using it for anything other than typical electronics like TV, blu-ray/dvd, surround sound, stereo, etc. I'm glad it helped reduce the number of individual remotes, but something things could be way more convenient.

Best Remote I have ever ever used. So easy and no more hunting for 4 remotes. Just one simple click and it is all done. Wow!

We had an expensive Logitech remote for years but it finally wore out and replaced with this one. Honestly, this one does everything and more that the old one did. Great buy!

This is a great remote for anyone with multiple home theater equipment. It is very simple to program and works great. The onscreen help menu is a really nice feature as well.
